Encontrar el balance es lograr el equilibrio y el bienestar del cuerpo y de la mente. El balance es una situaci\u00f3n en movimiento, no es un producto final, ni mucho menos un estado que sea igual para todos. El balance es una receta particular que encontramos cada uno, cuando es impuesta no suele funcionar. Es una estrategia autoregulada por nosotros mismos donde conseguimos que todas nuestras caracter\u00edsticas, circunstancias y h\u00e1bitos est\u00e9n en armon\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Pero \u00bfy en qu\u00e9 consiste esta sensaci\u00f3n de armon\u00eda en nuestra vida?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">B\u00e1sicamente consiste en una sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar, donde uno es capaz de sentirse a gusto consigo mismo, con su cuerpo, con las propias emociones y circunstancias. Recuerda que no se trata de un estado perfecto, s\u00f3lo positivo, sino m\u00e1s bien de un estado de aceptaci\u00f3n y complascencia con lo que somos y tenemos, que se traduce en vivir una vida plena donde somos capaces, a pesar de las frustraciones, situaciones estresantes, y las adversidades, de levantarnos cada d\u00eda y salir adelante con nuestro trabajo, quehaceres, rutinas y\/o objetivos.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Aprender a autocontrolar el estr\u00e9s fisiol\u00f3gico y psicol\u00f3gico<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">El balance del cuerpo se ve amenazado por los problemas de salud y por el estr\u00e9s oxidativo.Estas amenazas las podemos contrarrestar en cierta medida con un estilo de vida saludable, ejercicio, uso de suplementos y en \u00faltimas por medio de medicamentos \u00f3 intervenciones m\u00e9dicas. El balance de la mente, se ve constantemente amenazado por el estr\u00e9s psicol\u00f3gico y en \u00faltimas por la emergencia de trastornos afectivos. Aprender a autocontrolar el estr\u00e9s mediante entrenamientos, \u00f3 recibir apoyo psicol\u00f3gico son algunas estrategias para hacerle frente a estos retos.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">La clave es darle a cada uno la importancia que merece<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Es muy importante tener en cuenta que el estado del cuerpo afectar\u00e1 al estado de la mente y visceversa. As\u00ed que la clave es dar a cada uno la importancia que se merece, y as\u00ed estaremos contruyendo nuestro bienestar de la manera m\u00e1s efectiva posible, para lograr sentirnos bien y protegernos contra las amenazas tanto fisiol\u00f3gicas como psicol\u00f3gicas que a diario la vida nos depara.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Desestresarse es vital para tu salud f\u00edsica y mental\" class=\"wp-image-936\" width=\"342\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-1365x2048.jpg 1365w, https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-1200x1800.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-1980x2970.jpg 1980w, https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_1651-1-scaled.jpg 1707w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 342px) 100vw, 342px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Para lograr el equilibrio del cuerpo, hace falta un plan y un poco de fuerza de voluntad para seguirlo: comer mejor, ejercicio constante, uso regular de suplementos cuando necesitamos ayuda extra, etc. Pero para el equilibrio de la mente, parece que hace falta algo m\u00e1s que fuerza de voluntad y disciplina: hace falta autoreflexi\u00f3n, ganas de ser m\u00e1s felices, y quiz\u00e1 alg\u00fan entrenamiento que nos ayude a combatir el estr\u00e9s diario, y herramientas que nos ayuden cuando los problemas y las adversidades aparezcan.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfY c\u00f3mo afrontar los fectores estresantes en nuestra vida diaria?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Para <em>desestresarse<\/em> o simplemente autoregular la tensi\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gica y psicol\u00f3gica en la vida diaria, existen muchas posibilidades, entre ellas me llaman mucho la atenci\u00f3n las diversas tecnicas de relajacion (relajaci\u00f3n muscular progresiva o relajaci\u00f3n de Jacobson por ejemplo), el yoga, y sobre todo la meditaci\u00f3n (la meditaci\u00f3n gu\u00edada Mindfulness o de atenci\u00f3n plena).
