una dieta saludable&nbsp;en la que no pasemos hambre y con alimentos b\u00e1sicos de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea y una buena adherencia para mantener un estilo de vida que nos ayude a adelgazar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Lo primero que tienes que tener claro a la hora de hacer dieta, si adem\u00e1s buscas la hipertrofia, es intentar contar con una alimentaci\u00f3n rica en prote\u00ednas, grasas buenas e hidratos de carbono de calidad y compaginarlo con un entrenamiento de fuerza en el gimnasio; ya sabes, mucho press de banca, sentadillas, press militar para hombros o peso muerto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><strong>Lunes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color
