Y en el caso del cuerpo humano, podemos distinguir entre diversos tipos som\u00e1ticos o tipos de cuerpos, los cuales se clasifican seg\u00fan la constituci\u00f3n \u00f3sea, las zonas donde se acumula grasa y la distribuci\u00f3n de la masa muscular. Todo ello da lugar a diferencias de silueta y de constituci\u00f3n entre diversas personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">La clasificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante y reconocida es la que diferencia 3 tipos som\u00e1ticos: <strong>ectomorfo, mesomorfo y endomorfo<\/strong>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Algunas personas son tipos puros y otras son una combinaci\u00f3n de tipos.
