Tal y como indica el&nbsp;<strong>Consejo Americano del Ejercicio<\/strong>, esa desaceleraci\u00f3n es responsable de que al alcanzar la cuarentena quememos&nbsp;<strong>300 calor\u00edas menos<\/strong>&nbsp;que cuando ten\u00edamos 20 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de los 30 a\u00f1os se pierde m\u00fasculo y se gana mucha m\u00e1s grasa, lo que quiere decir que tu metabolismo va m\u00e1s lento y quema menos de lo que se consume. A&nbsp;<strong>partir de los 40 habr\u00eda que potenciar el consumo de prote\u00ednas<\/strong>&nbsp;para preservar la masa muscular. En caso de hacer dieta esto es lo m\u00e1s recomendable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><strong>Trucos para acelerar el metabolismo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.
