{"id":4850,"date":"2023-09-29T21:55:34","date_gmt":"2023-09-29T19:55:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/?p=4850"},"modified":"2023-09-29T22:02:44","modified_gmt":"2023-09-29T20:02:44","slug":"flexibilidad-metabolica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/flexibilidad-metabolica\/?lang=es","title":{"rendered":"Flexibilidad Metab\u00f3lica"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Tiempo de lectura:<\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 3<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutos<\/span><\/span>\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">El concepto de&nbsp;<strong>flexibilidad metab\u00f3lica<\/strong>&nbsp;hace referencia a la habilidad que tiene nuestro metabolismo de obtener, almacenar o utilizar los nutrientes seg\u00fan las necesidades y disponibilidad de estos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Esta <strong>flexibilidad metab\u00f3lica<\/strong> es esencial para mantener la homeostasis (equilibrio) energ\u00e9tico en momentos de exceso\/restricci\u00f3n cal\u00f3rica y en momentos de baja\/alta demanda energ\u00e9tica, como por ejemplo durante la pr\u00e1ctica de actividad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">En general, el cuerpo humano est\u00e1 capacitado para usar de forma adecuada los nutrientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, la ingesta continua de&nbsp;<strong>alimentos procesados<\/strong>&nbsp;caracterizados por una alta densidad energ\u00e9tica y la&nbsp;<strong>inactividad f\u00edsica<\/strong>, generan una percepci\u00f3n distorsionada de los nutrientes disponibles afectando negativamente al metabolismo y provocando una situaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>rigidez metab\u00f3lica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestro cuerpo necesita energ\u00eda para funcionar, pero no todas las fuentes de energ\u00eda son iguales. Afortunadamente, existe la \u201cflexibilidad metab\u00f3lica\u201d, que nos permite mantener niveles de rendimiento que duran m\u00e1s tiempo consumiendo los diferentes sustratos de forma adecuada para asegurarnos de que la fatiga no se acerca demasiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">No tener una buena flexibilidad metab\u00f3lica, puede generar enfermedades como: cetoacidosis diab\u00e9tica y alcalosis metab\u00f3lica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">La rigidez metab\u00f3lica se caracteriza por una disminuci\u00f3n en la oxidaci\u00f3n de las grasas durante el ayuno y una capacidad reducida para regular la oxidaci\u00f3n de carbohidratos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"> Lo que quiere decir coloquialmente que disminuye la capacidad de <strong>\u201cquemar grasa e hidratos de carbono\u201d<\/strong> y utilizarlos como fuente de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Un n\u00famero alarmante de enfermedades metab\u00f3licas como la obesidad, la diabetes de tipo 2 y otras se han vuelto demasiado comunes en nuestra sociedad, pero seg\u00fan la ciencia no se trata s\u00f3lo de mala suerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"> Estos problemas de salud epid\u00e9micos est\u00e1n causados en gran medida por una deficiencia en la capacidad del organismo para adaptarse metab\u00f3licamente, lo que afecta gravemente al bienestar general de muchas personas en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Una persona con flexibilidad metab\u00f3lica es capaz de cambiar inmediatamente de combustible o sustrato energ\u00e9tico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Por ello, las personas con buena flexibilidad metab\u00f3lica tienen un&nbsp;<strong>mejor rendimiento y una mayor facilidad para quemar grasa corporal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque hoy en d\u00eda es muy f\u00e1cil predecir de d\u00f3nde vendr\u00e1 tu pr\u00f3xima comida, antes no era as\u00ed.
