Este precepto de Epicteto es una m\u00e1xima para los estoicos, expertos incansables en la conquista de la&nbsp;<em>autarqu\u00eda<\/em>&nbsp;(autosuficiencia para ser feliz). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Si repetimos mentalmente estos conceptos, suenan bastante fuerte, ya que soportar y renunciar se suelen asociar al sufrimiento. Sin embargo, la esencia de la l\u00ednea de pensamiento del estoicismo radica en el&nbsp;auto control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Los estoicos dividen las emociones en dos grupos, las negativas o disruptivas (rabia, miedo, envidia, celos\u2026) y las positivas o constructivas (alegr\u00eda, amor, gratitud, esperanza, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo es minimizar las emociones destructivas y resaltar las positivas, o sea, cambiar el trazado emocional que habitualmente experimentamos las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Ser resiliente tiene bastantes similitudes con la pr\u00e1ctica del estoicismo. La resiliencia nos ense\u00f1a, por un lado, a sobreponernos de la adversidad y por otro, a salir fortalecidos tras superarla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9neca afirmaba que el mismo suelo en el que tropezamos, nos sirve de apoyo para levantarnos y avanzar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Estoicismo y Resiliencia. El estoicismo es una antigua escuela griega de filosof\u00eda.
