{"id":4731,"date":"2023-07-17T17:14:49","date_gmt":"2023-07-17T15:14:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/?p=4731"},"modified":"2023-07-17T17:26:54","modified_gmt":"2023-07-17T15:26:54","slug":"luces-blancas-y-porque-son-perjudiciales-para-la-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/luces-blancas-y-porque-son-perjudiciales-para-la-salud\/?lang=es","title":{"rendered":"Luces blancas y porque son perjudiciales para la salud"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Tiempo de lectura:<\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 3<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutos<\/span><\/span>\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La luz artificial se compone de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/health\/scientific_committees\/opinions_layman\/artificial-light\/es\/glosario\/def\/espectro-electromagnetico.htm\">luz visible<\/a>&nbsp;y de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/health\/scientific_committees\/opinions_layman\/artificial-light\/es\/glosario\/pqrs\/radiacion-ultravioleta.htm\">radiaciones ultravioletas<\/a>&nbsp;(UV) e infrarrojas (IR), y existe la preocupaci\u00f3n de que los niveles de emisi\u00f3n de algunas l\u00e1mparas puedan ser da\u00f1inos para la piel y los ojos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Adem\u00e1s, tanto la luz natural como la artificial pueden alterar el reloj biol\u00f3gico humano y el sistema&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/health\/scientific_committees\/opinions_layman\/artificial-light\/es\/glosario\/ghi\/hormonas.htm\">hormonal<\/a>, pudiendo causar problemas de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/health\/scientific_committees\/opinions_layman\/artificial-light\/es\/glosario\/pqrs\/salud.htm\">salud<\/a>. Los componentes ultravioletas y azules de la luz son potencialmente los m\u00e1s da\u00f1inos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La luz blanca, como la&nbsp;producida por el LED blanco, se descompone en varios colores, de los cuales el componente principal es el azul, color que se difunde m\u00e1s intensamente en la atm\u00f3sfera que la luz de otros colores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Seg\u00fan Enric Marco, investigador del departamento de Astronom\u00eda y Astrof\u00edsica, esta poluci\u00f3n&nbsp;&#8222;afecta primariamente a los astr\u00f3nomos, puesto que pierden la posibilidad de estudiar el cielo estrellado&#8220;&nbsp;y tambi\u00e9n &#8222;perjudica la salud de las personas, a la vez que la fauna y la flora nocturna adaptadas a la oscuridad&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Tambi\u00e9n Francisco Mart\u00ednez, catedr\u00e1tico de Anatom\u00eda y Embriolog\u00eda Humana de la Facultad de Medicina, ha dicho que la luz blanca &#8222;<strong>&nbsp;durante la noche reduce dr\u00e1sticamente la producci\u00f3n de melatonina,<\/strong> de forma que los trabajos nocturnos prolongados en el tiempo provocan graves alteraciones al sue\u00f1o y al metabolismo en general, puesto que generan perturbaciones que derivan en diferentes tipos de patolog\u00edas&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Aunque es posible suplementar la melatonina para estimular el descanso. Es importante, saber que existe la melatonina contraindicaciones, como el hecho de que, al suplementarla, dejamos de producirla naturalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El reloj circadiano regula el correcto funcionamiento de m\u00faltiples sistemas en el cuerpo humano. El principal factor sincronizador de este sistema es la luz que entra a trav\u00e9s de la retina en nuestros ojos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La luz azul, aquella con un espectro de 380 a 450 nm,&nbsp;es la m\u00e1s efectiva a la hora de sincronizar (o alterar) este sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La luz LED&nbsp;se ha convertido en un foco de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inarquia.es\/iluminacion-led-motivos-cambiar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inversi\u00f3n en los hogares<\/a>&nbsp;gracias a sus&nbsp;beneficios para el medioambiente, sostenibilidad y rentabilidad econ\u00f3mica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Pero poco se sabe sobre del peligro que puede provocar la sobreexposici\u00f3n a la iluminaci\u00f3n LED, cuando incluso se utilizan en los autom\u00f3viles, por medio de las luces led homologadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La iluminaci\u00f3n LED de&nbsp;luz blanca, que se encuentra&nbsp;en pantallas y en bombillas LED,&nbsp;tiene un espectro visible muy diferente en el que predomina la luz azul. La&nbsp;luz blanca&nbsp;de la capa fluorescente se combina con la&nbsp;luz azul residual&nbsp;y crean un tipo de luz blanquecina,&nbsp;por la cual generan la mayor\u00eda de luz azul agresiva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Provoca un pico muy grande en la zona de mayor energ\u00eda (menos de 460 nm).&nbsp;Este pico de luz azul&nbsp;es el responsable de los problemas m\u00e1s frecuentes e importantes para la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><strong>Efectos de la luz blanca sobre la salud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>El&nbsp;mayor problema al que se enfrenta una persona sobreexpuesta la luz LED&nbsp;son las&nbsp;consecuencias visuales&nbsp;y es que la luz azul provoca un estr\u00e9s en la retina, ya que esta no puede regenerar y reparar la longitud de onda larga a la que se ve expuesta con la iluminaci\u00f3n LED. Este efecto no solo&nbsp;provoca problemas visuales, sino que tambi\u00e9n afecta al sistema endocrino. Indirectamente, tambi\u00e9n es parte del desprendimiento de la retina causas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posibles efectos t\u00f3xicos sobre c\u00e9lulas fotorreceptoras de la retina (demostrado \u00abIn vitro\u00bb y en animales, pero no en ojos humanos vivos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si se utilizan las luces LED durante la noche,&nbsp;disminuye la capacidad de regeneraci\u00f3n&nbsp;y&nbsp;restauraci\u00f3n ocular y cerebral. Entra directamente a un proceso de degeneraci\u00f3n, en ocasiones llegando a ocasionar&nbsp;AMD&nbsp;(degeneraci\u00f3n macular).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La iluminaci\u00f3n LED tambi\u00e9n puede llegar a ocasionar&nbsp;problemas metab\u00f3licos&nbsp;como pueden ser: mayor nivel de glucosa en sangre, aumento del peso, ect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posibles&nbsp;problemas en el sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El consejo primordial es&nbsp;eliminar o reducir el pico de luz azul&nbsp;en los hogares, sobre todo, de noche, adem\u00e1s de&nbsp;usar un tipo de iluminaci\u00f3n diferente en funci\u00f3n del espacio y la hora del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rel\u00e1jate al final del d\u00eda, con una bebida de <strong>Sleepwell Cocoa<\/strong>, para antes del dormir.
