Esta pr\u00e1ctica est\u00e1 dirigida a cualquier persona y a cualquier tipo de edad, solamente se necesitan unos minutos al d\u00eda. Se encarga de relajar las tensiones que se acumulan en el rostro, por lo que es una t\u00e9cnica ideal para aumentar la autoestima y reducir el estr\u00e9s que llevamos encima durante nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El rostro est\u00e1 formado por decenas de m\u00fasculos, que al igual que sucede con el resto de m\u00fasculos de nuestro cuerpo, son m\u00fasculos que tampoco deber\u00edamos olvidarnos de ejercitar.
