De all\u00ed, que se han vuelto tan populares los tutoriales de los hipopresivos en casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Fueron creados en los a\u00f1os 80 por&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/marcel-caufriez-48a92415\/?originalSubdomain=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Marcel Caufriez<\/strong><\/a>, doctor en Ciencias de la Motricidad y especializado en&nbsp;rehabilitaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;quien en realidad los pens\u00f3 para fortalecer la musculatura del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/yodona\/vida-saludable\/2021\/09\/14\/61409d31e4d4d890368b45fb.html\">suelo p\u00e9lvico<\/a>&nbsp;de las mujeres, que se debilita tras el&nbsp;parto&nbsp;y el embarazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Los&nbsp;<strong>hipopresivos&nbsp;<\/strong>nacieron como una alternativa a los m\u00e9todos tradicionales para tonificar la&nbsp;<strong>musculatura&nbsp;<\/strong>de la zona sin presionar los<strong>&nbsp;\u00f3rganos internos<\/strong>, y se basan en combinar ejercicios de postura y respiraci\u00f3n.
