Hacemos foco en el yoga, pilates y stretching, tres disciplinas para volver a entrenar sin problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Conocer la diferencia entre pilates y yoga te ayudar\u00e1 a tomar la decisi\u00f3n correcta por una de ellas. Y es que, si hay dos tendencias en alza en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, tenemos que mencionar ambas t\u00e9cnicas, incluyendo tambi\u00e9n el pilates terapeutico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Ambas contribuyen a aumentar el bienestar f\u00edsico y mental, y a corregir desequilibrios posturales. Y tanto el yoga como el pilates se pueden empezar a practicar a cualquier edad. Lo empez\u00f3 a utilizar como&nbsp;m\u00e9todo de curaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n&nbsp;para los enfermos que estaban en cama para fortalecer sus m\u00fasculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><strong>Yoga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">De origen indio, esta disciplina con muchas variaciones \u2013 Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga y varias m\u00e1s-, combina la actividad deportiva (con muchas posturas en el suelo o de pie) y la relajaci\u00f3n (con ejercicios de meditaci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n espec\u00edficas). Suave o m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica, nos aporta relajaci\u00f3n, flexibilidad, fortalecimiento muscular y resistencia con un toque de equilibrio. En resumen, el yoga calma la mente y relaja el cuerpo, por eso tambi\u00e9n se habla de yoga restaurativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><strong><em>\u201cMens sana in corpore sano<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong> podr\u00eda resumir lo que implica la pr\u00e1ctica del yoga (mente, cuerpo y esp\u00edritu). Aunque hay que muchos tipos de yoga, nos referimos al tradicional que conoce la mayor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El yoga es m\u00e1s espiritual, y supone un estilo de vida propio, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la pr\u00e1ctica del ejercicio f\u00edsico. Muchas personas lo combinan entre s\u00ed con excelentes resultados en todos los aspectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><strong>Stretching<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El stretching \u2013 tomado del ingl\u00e9s \u201cestirar\u201d \u2013 es ahora una pr\u00e1ctica f\u00edsica por derecho propio. Ya sea que prefiera el estiramiento postural o el estiramiento din\u00e1mico, el objetivo principal sigue siendo el mismo: ganar <strong>flexibilidad<\/strong>. De hecho, gracias a estos entrenamientos, fortalecemos la elasticidad y el tono de m\u00fasculos, tendones y ligamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El Stretching sirve tambi\u00e9n para activar la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, quemar grasa, desarrollar la musculatura, aliviar dolores musculares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Si sufres de dolores musculares, como podr\u00eda ser, de espalda, por ejemplo, tambi\u00e9n te resultar\u00e1 muy \u00fatil, ya que alivia el dolor de m\u00fasculos y articulaciones.
