Es la forma que ten\u00edan los antiguos griegos de prepararse f\u00edsicamente en sus\u00a0gimnasios, buscando definir sus cuerpos a trav\u00e9s de ejercicios de fuerza y con su propio cuerpo principalmente como carga.\u00a0En la actualidad, son cada vez m\u00e1s com\u00fan encontrar un parque de calistenia en cualquier barrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En la antigua Roma, el entrenamiento de la fuerza mediante la calistenia era utilizado por los gladiadores. Su evoluci\u00f3n en la Edad Media durante las cruzadas se convirti\u00f3 en un m\u00e9todo de trabajo de la fuerza en las escuelas de caballeros como parte de su educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">No es hasta 1800 cuando un pionero de la educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica en Suecia, <strong>Peter Henry Ling<\/strong>, devuelve a la palestra la calistenia y destaca el valor de los movimientos libres del cuerpo como parte de su gimnasia higi\u00e9nica. Es a partir de este momento cuando los pioneros de la gimnasia como el alem\u00e1n Jahn, promocionan un entrenamiento natural de la fuerza muscular <strong>(Turnen), <\/strong>que ser\u00e1 el germen de la gimnasia deportiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En los ejercicios de calistenia se trabajan los principales grupos musculares a trav\u00e9s de una serie de progresiones donde tiene mucha importancia la correcta ejecuci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los ejercicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Dominar algunos ejercicios con tu propio peso corporal (como las sentadillas, las dominadas o pull-ups, las flexiones o push- ups, el pino o handstand y los pies a la barra o toes to bar) es fundamental para poder llevar a cabo las rutinas de ejercicios que se realizan en el gimnasio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beneficios de la calistenia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><strong>-Se puede practicar en cualquier sitio:&nbsp;<\/strong>La calistenia es magn\u00edfica porque se puede hacer en cualquier sitio y en cualquier momento.
