Tambi\u00e9n puede ser a causa de la retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos o estre\u00f1imiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Algunos consejos que ayudan a prevenir y aliviar las molestias ocasionadas por la barriga hinchada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>La realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beber abundante agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tener una dieta alta en fibra soluble<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminar az\u00facares simples, grasas saturadas y trans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incluir probi\u00f3ticos, prebi\u00f3ticos y suplementos digestivos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomar T\u00e9 de Jengibre o canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agrega vinagre de sidra o manzana a un zumo de pomelo o pi\u00f1a, y tomate un shot media hora antes de cada comida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beber T\u00e9 verde en ayunas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumir pi\u00f1a en el desayuno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toma infusiones de hierbas como: Menta, Salvia e Hinojo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evita el exceso de sal, lo mejor ser\u00e1 evitarla por algunos d\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar los alimentos prohibidos para la retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos, como alimentos fritos, embutidos y congelados con alto contenido de preservativos y saborizantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Por otro lado, el consumir frutas como el caqui porque su pulpa contiene <strong>muc\u00edlagos y taninos<\/strong>, que ayudan a desinflamar en intestino y evita los espasmos y los retortijones por exceso de gases. Tambi\u00e9n, puedes apoyarte con un batido antiinflamatorio en el desayuno con pi\u00f1a, pomelo y jengibre, al cual tambi\u00e9n puedes adicionarle vinagre de manzana para obtener mejores resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En caso de estre\u00f1imiento, se recomiendan los siguientes batidos para el desayuno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>Papaya, avena y linaza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aguacate y banana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banana, avena, canela en polvo y semillas de ch\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pi\u00f1a, banana y coco deshidratado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">&nbsp;Puedes prepararlos en agua o en leche vegetal, y tomarlos como desayuno durante varios d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Tambi\u00e9n recuerda que puedes complementarlo con el uso de Probi\u00f3ticos.
