Seg\u00fan un estudio hay que consumir entre 30 y 60 gramos de este fruto seco para mantener a raya nuestra salud cardiovascular y los niveles normales de azucar en sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En 30 gramos de nueces hay 180 calor\u00edas, 18 gramos de grasas, 4 gramos de prote\u00ednas, 4 gramos de carbohidratos y 2 gramos de fibra. Son excelente fuente de omega 3 y omega 6, antioxidantes de primer nivel y tambi\u00e9n contienen minerales y vitaminas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Comer un pu\u00f1ado de nueces todos los d\u00edas (de 30 a 60 gramos, que ser\u00edan unas seis nueces aproximadamente) es una forma sencilla de promover la salud cardiovascular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Muchas personas est\u00e1n preocupadas por el aumento de peso no deseado cuando incluyen nueces en su dieta. Nuestro estudio encontr\u00f3 que las grasas saludables en las nueces no hicieron que los participantes aumentaran de peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En una investigaci\u00f3n publicada en la revista cient\u00edfica <strong>The New England Journal of Medicine<\/strong>, se subraya que consumir en torno a 30 gramos de nueces al d\u00eda,&nbsp;entre 4 y 7 nueces, est\u00e1 relacionado con un aumento del n\u00famero de bacterias que promueven la salud intestinal y tambi\u00e9n con la reducci\u00f3n de algunos factores de riesgo de enfermedades cardiacas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En una nuez encontramos&nbsp;una gran variedad de minerales esenciales como es el caso del&nbsp;magnesio, el potasio, el f\u00f3sforo, el zinc o el hierro. Y adem\u00e1s&nbsp;son ricas&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;en vitaminas del grupo B, sobre todo \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico (B9) y B6, muy&nbsp;importantes para la producci\u00f3n de gl\u00f3bulos rojos, y as\u00ed evitar los gl\u00f3bulos rojos bajos en sangre o la anemia y para el correcto funcionamiento del cerebro, evitando tambi\u00e9n la anemia sideroblastica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El <strong>s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico<\/strong>&nbsp;engloba varias alteraciones de salud como la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, el exceso de az\u00facar en sangre, la obesidad y el exceso de colesterol, entre otros aspectos. Si el consumo de nueces ayuda a mejorar cada una de esas alteraciones,&nbsp;ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar los s\u00edntomas de dicho s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El aumento del consumo de nueces ayuda a mejorar el control de la insulina y a reducir con ello los niveles elevados de az\u00facar en sangre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El deterioro cognitivo relacionado con la edad es uno de los problemas de salud mundial que m\u00e1s preocupan. Para solucionarlo es importante tener en cuenta que una mayor ingesta total de nueces a largo plazo se asocia con un&nbsp;<strong>mejor estado cognitivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Varias son las investigaciones que eval\u00faan como afecta el consumo de nueces a la memoria y otras funciones ejecutivas.
