De esta manera, se atrae a los consumidores que viven preocupados por conservar el&nbsp;peso ideal&nbsp;y no comen nada que contenga az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Por este motivo, la<strong>&nbsp;Food and Drug Administration (FDA)&nbsp;<\/strong><em>(organismo que se encarga de poner a prueba cada uno de los edulcorantes artificiales)<\/em>&nbsp;aconseja que se deben tomar algunas medidas para el consumo diario de cada uno de los edulcorantes que salen al mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Hay evidencias que sugieren que&nbsp;<em>los edulcorantes pueden tener un efecto contrario en quienes buscan adelgazar us\u00e1ndolos como sustituto del az\u00facar.<\/em>&nbsp;Como lo se\u00f1ala&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2892765\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>una publicaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<em>Yale Journal of Biology and Medicine<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, estos productos podr\u00edan estar incrementando el apetito y los antojos de alimentos azucarados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Si quieres endulzar de manera natural tus platos y postres opta por utilizar&nbsp;miel, panela, stevia, sirope de \u00e1gave, eritritol edulcorante\u2026&nbsp;y a\u00fan mejor, puedes aprovechar&nbsp;el dulzor de algunos alimentos&nbsp;para endulzar tus recetas. La canela, el pl\u00e1tano o los d\u00e1tiles son ingredientes fabulosos que endulzan de una manera san\u00edsima y dando un toque muy rico a tus platos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">La Stevia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Es el m\u00e1s nuevo en el mercado, aunque no tan novedoso, procedente de la planta del mismo nombre. En Paraguay y Brasil la estevia se usa en medicina desde hace siglos. En Jap\u00f3n se vende como endulzante desde la d\u00e9cada del 60.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">No tiene calor\u00edas y endulza 300 veces m\u00e1s que el az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Es original de \u00e1reas subtropicales de Am\u00e9rica Latina y su componente endulzante, el gluc\u00f3sido de esteviol, se extrae de sus hojas poni\u00e9ndolas a remojo en agua. Adem\u00e1s, pasa a trav\u00e9s del cuerpo sin ser absorbido. Puedes probar la stevia mercadona &nbsp;o el az\u00facar de coco Mercadona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La desventaja es que deja un regusto amargo, por lo que a veces la venden mezclada con edulcorantes artificiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Fue aprobada como aditivo alimenticio en 2008 en Estados Unidos y en 2011 en Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Seg\u00fan estudios cient\u00edficos, se detect\u00f3 que los componentes de la estevia no causan c\u00e1ncer, no son t\u00f3xicos y son seguros tambi\u00e9n para ni\u00f1os y mujeres embarazadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La preocupaci\u00f3n es que la se\u00f1al de dulzura en cierta forma enga\u00f1a al cuerpo y \u00e9ste libera demasiada insulina, algo que podr\u00eda llevar a ganar peso a largo plazo. Aunque todav\u00eda no es posible afirmar que esto est\u00e1 ocurriendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Asimismo, la Autoridad Europea de Seguridad Alimentaria concluy\u00f3 que no hay suficiente evidencia para decir que la estevia ayuda a lograr o mantener un peso saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\"><strong>El eritritol<\/strong> pertenece a una clase de compuestos llamados <strong>\u2018alcoholes de az\u00facar\u2019<\/strong>. Estos compuestos se utilizan tradicionalmente como alternativas de az\u00facar bajas en calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El eritritol es un alcohol de az\u00facar \u00fanico y proporciona la menor cantidad de calor\u00edas con un m\u00ednimo de malestar digestivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Algunos afirman que el eritritol puede ser \u00fatil para controlar el peso, la salud dental y la salud de los diab\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En general, algunos edulcorantes o saborizantes pueden tener algunos componentes o sustancias que afecten el organismo causando algunos problemas de salud.
