El t\u00e9rmino significa <strong>\u201ccomida real\u201d<\/strong> y fue impulsado por el nutricionista espa\u00f1ol <strong>Carlos R\u00edos<\/strong> como un m\u00e9todo para transformar los h\u00e1bitos alimenticios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Comida real o comida real food es como se conoce al realfooding, un&nbsp;<strong>estilo de vida que promueve el consumo de alimentos sanos<\/strong>, es decir, alimentos que han sido m\u00ednimamente procesados o alterados, por ello, se evita los <strong>productos ultraprocesados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Se ha demostrado que comer alimentos frescos y evitar los procesados&nbsp;<strong>ayuda a prevenir la obesidad y la diabetes tipo<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>2<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de muchas otras enfermedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La <strong>comida real<\/strong> son los alimentos sin procesar o procesada m\u00ednimamente. Son comida real las&nbsp;<strong>verduras y hortalizas, la fruta, los frutos secos y semillas, los tub\u00e9rculos y ra\u00edces, las legumbres, los pescados y mariscos, los huevos y las carnes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Los <strong>alimentos ultraprocesados<\/strong> han pasado por procesos industriales complejos y a menudo tienen una larga lista de ingredientes que incluyen conservantes, edulcorantes y potenciadores de color. Si un producto contiene&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s de cinco ingredientes, probablemente sea ultraprocesado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Los&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/realfooding.com\/articulo\/acabemos-la-epidemia-ultraprocesados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">alimentos ultraprocesados<\/a>&nbsp;son aquellos que han pasado por procesos industriales complejos y, por lo general, tienen&nbsp;<strong>un listado largo de ingredientes a\u00f1adidos<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>(m\u00e1s de 5)&nbsp;<\/strong>que suelen ser conservantes. Entre ellos, podemos mencionar los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refrescos o bebidas energ\u00e9ticas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e9ctares y zumos envasados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e1cteos azucarados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boller\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pan y otros cereales blancos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carnes procesadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pizzas comerciales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Galletas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patatas fritas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productos diet\u00e9ticos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dulces y helados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsas comerciales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste el realfooding?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La siguiente clasificaci\u00f3n de los alimentos reales, se realiza de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Protectores:&nbsp;<\/strong>se pueden consumir con alta frecuencia y a diario, pues protegen la salud. Entran en esta categor\u00eda las verduras, hortalizas, frutas, legumbres y frutos secos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Neutros:&nbsp;<\/strong>son alimentos con frecuencia media de consumo que puedes comer a lo largo de la semana (sin dejar de lado los alimentos protectores). Aqu\u00ed entran los cereales integrales, tub\u00e9rculos, carne, pescado, huevos y l\u00e1cteos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complementarios:&nbsp;<\/strong>se usan como complemento de tus recetas, m\u00e1s no como ingrediente principal. Por ejemplo, el aceite de oliva extra virgen, especias, hierbas arom\u00e1ticas, caf\u00e9 o infusiones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ultraprocesados:<\/strong>&nbsp;estos son los alimentos de frecuencia baja de consumo que el movimiento&nbsp;<em>realfooding<\/em>&nbsp;recomienda comer de manera mensual o anual.
