{"id":4043,"date":"2022-11-11T18:08:48","date_gmt":"2022-11-11T17:08:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/?p=4043"},"modified":"2022-11-11T18:32:18","modified_gmt":"2022-11-11T17:32:18","slug":"astenia-otonal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/astenia-otonal\/?lang=es","title":{"rendered":"<strong>Astenia Oto\u00f1al<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Tiempo de lectura:<\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 2<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutos<\/span><\/span>\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La llegada del\u00a0oto\u00f1o\u00a0puede poner a prueba nuestra vitalidad, disminuyendo nuestras defensas y provocando dolores articulares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Los cambios atmosf\u00e9ricos propios de este periodo, como el descenso de las temperaturas o la bajada de presi\u00f3n, junto con la reducci\u00f3n de las horas de sol y la vuelta a la rutina pueden\u00a0afectar a nuestro sistema inmunitario, favoreciendo el cansancio, baja presion diast\u00f3lica, y la fatiga, e incidir especialmente en nuestros m\u00fasculos y articulaciones, provocando su contracci\u00f3n y rigidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">&nbsp;La astenia oto\u00f1al, se produce por el&nbsp;<strong>efecto&nbsp;<\/strong>que tiene en nuestros&nbsp;<strong>ritmos circadianos<\/strong>&nbsp;la reducci\u00f3n de los niveles de luz solar en oto\u00f1o e invierno, que pueden&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/yodona\/vida-saludable\/2022\/08\/05\/62d0574afdddff31018b45ec.html\">alterar el reloj interno del cuerpo o los ritmos circadianos&nbsp;<\/a>y provocar una&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/yodona\/lifestyle\/2021\/12\/17\/61bc5124e4d4d8752b8b457b.html\">sensaci\u00f3n de depresi\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Al oscurecer m\u00e1s temprano, se adelanta la producci\u00f3n de melatonina, que es la hormona que regula los ciclos circadianos.&nbsp;Disminuye la producci\u00f3n de serotonina (neurotransmisor conocido como hormona de la felicidad), que causa un desequilibrio en el organismo: se produce un desbalance y el cuerpo debe adaptarse a estas circunstancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En muchos casos se queda en\u00a0<strong>s\u00edntomas\u00a0<\/strong>pasajeros que desaparecen a los pocos d\u00edas, en otros la cuesti\u00f3n se complica y deriva en lo que se conoce como\u00a0<strong>Trastorno Afectivo Estacional\u00a0<\/strong>(TAE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00edntomas de la astenia oto\u00f1al<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Esta alteraci\u00f3n se manifiesta con s\u00edntomas tanto f\u00edsicos como ps\u00edquicos: debilidad generalizada, somnolencia, cansancio f\u00edsico, bajo estado de \u00e1nimo, dificultad para la concentraci\u00f3n, apat\u00eda e irritabilidad. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n puede causar falta de apetito, disminuci\u00f3n de la l\u00cdbido e incluso una bajada de las defensas, haci\u00e9ndonos m\u00e1s vulnerables a catarros e infecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">\u00bf<strong>C\u00f3mo superar la astenia oto\u00f1al<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\" class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantener&nbsp;horarios&nbsp;fijos a la hora de irse a dormir y despertarse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exponernos al&nbsp;sol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizar&nbsp;actividad&nbsp;f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguir una&nbsp;alimentaci\u00f3n&nbsp;variada y equilibrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disfrutar de actividades que nos gusten y cuidar nuestras\u00a0relaciones\u00a0sociales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Por otro lado, la higiene del sue\u00f1o es fundamental para evitar s\u00edntomas como el cansancio o la somnolencia derivados del cambio de estaci\u00f3n. Se aconseja establecer una&nbsp;<strong>rutina diaria, esto es, acostarse y levantarse a la misma hora y dormir, al menos, ocho horas<\/strong>.
