{"id":4013,"date":"2022-11-07T03:03:06","date_gmt":"2022-11-07T02:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/?p=4013"},"modified":"2022-11-07T03:16:21","modified_gmt":"2022-11-07T02:16:21","slug":"el-microbioma-y-la-salud-intestinal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/el-microbioma-y-la-salud-intestinal\/?lang=es","title":{"rendered":"<strong>El Microbioma y la salud intestinal<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Tiempo de lectura:<\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 3<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutos<\/span><\/span>\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El microbioma humano representa a los microorganismos con sus elementos gen\u00e9ticos y las interacciones que establecen con el medio ambiente en el que se encuentran. <strong>La microbiota <\/strong>es un elemento importante para el correcto funcionamiento de algunos \u00f3rganos, pero recientemente se ha demostrado que est\u00e1 participando en la patogenia de algunas enfermedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En el presente escrito se revisa el concepto de microbioma y se realiza un breve an\u00e1lisis de su relaci\u00f3n con algunas enfermedades como: obesidad, diabetes y algunos trastornos del aparato digestivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El t\u00e9rmino microbioma lo acu\u00f1\u00f3, en 2001, <strong>Joshua Lederberg<\/strong>, bi\u00f3logo molecular estadounidense que fue uno de los tres investigadores que obtuvieron en 1958 el Premio Nobel de Medicina. Se lo otorgaron por sus estudios gen\u00e9ticos en bacterias. Lederberg afirma que los microorganismos simbi\u00f3ticos y nosotros formamos una gran unidad metab\u00f3lica, reconociendo que aquellas bacterias que se localizan en nuestro organismo, en realidad, nos est\u00e1n protegiendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Microbiota hace referencia a la comunidad de microorganismos vivos residentes en un nicho ecol\u00f3gico determinado, como el intestino (colon) humano. El microbioma es el conjunto formado por los microorganismos, sus genes y sus metabolitos en un nicho ecol\u00f3gico dado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En el microbioma fecal humano se han identificado unos 9,9 millones de genes microbianos. Metagenoma es todo el material gen\u00e9tico presente en una muestra ambiental, en nuestro caso, el conjunto del genoma humano y bacteriano (microbiano, en general).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Los patobiontes son los microbios end\u00f3genos benignos que tienen la capacidad, en condiciones de un ecosistema alterado (disbiosis), de provocar determinadas patolog\u00edas. La disbiosis es la p\u00e9rdida del equilibrio entre las c\u00e9lulas de un organismo humano y las c\u00e9lulas bacterianas (microbianas, en general) que lo habitan, es la distorsi\u00f3n de los factores bioticos. En este caso, una patolog\u00eda com\u00fan, es la <strong>disbiosis intestinal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El microbioma est\u00e1 definido, principalmente, por dos filotipos de bacterias, Firmicutes y Bacteroidetes (estos \u00faltimos suponen el 90% del microbiota intestinal) y, en menor medida, Actinobacterias. Los primeros incluyen un gran n\u00famero de g\u00e9neros, siendo los m\u00e1s importantes los Lactobacillus y Clostridium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Las Bacteroidetes incluyen bacterias pertenecientes al g\u00e9nero Bacteroides y al Prevotella. El g\u00e9nero principal perteneciente al filo Actinobacteria en el intestino humano es Bifidobacterium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>El microbioma es tan exclusivo como la huella dactilar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Diferentes personas albergan conjuntos diferentes de microorganismos, casi como una huella dactilar.\u00a0Una persona adulta tiene m\u00e1s c\u00e9lulas bacterianas que humanas. Juntas, esas bacterias contienen muchos m\u00e1s genes que la persona portadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Importancia del microbioma intestinal para la salud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El microbioma intestinal es clave para la salud en general, ya que favorece la salud intestinal, la inmunitaria, y el metabolismo, y tambi\u00e9n puede influir en el eje intestino-cerebro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El microbioma intestinal ayuda a desarrollar y mantener un sistema inmunitario equilibrado,&nbsp;y contribuye a la integridad de la barrera intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La mayor\u00eda de los microorganismos que viven en los seres humanos se encuentran&nbsp;<strong>en el sistema gastrointestinal<\/strong>, y aqu\u00ed es tambi\u00e9n donde se realizan la mayor\u00eda de descubrimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">A lo largo de la vida, el microbioma es din\u00e1mico y se ve influido por el estilo de vida que se lleve.&nbsp;En personas sanas, el microbioma se considera equilibrado y sano para el cuerpo.&nbsp;Durante situaciones problem\u00e1ticas, el microbioma puede desequilibrarse y tomar suplementos con probi\u00f3ticos puede ofrecer apoyo.&nbsp;Tambi\u00e9n, los adultos pueden desarrollar otros problemas estomacales e intestinales como la ulcera p\u00e9ptica u otras patolog\u00edas que afectan el sistema gastro-intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Recuerda fortalecer tu sistema inmunitario, con una deliciosa bebida de <strong>Immune Shake<\/strong> de <strong>Clu<\/strong>.
