{"id":3984,"date":"2022-10-31T17:58:05","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T16:58:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/?p=3984"},"modified":"2022-10-31T18:30:18","modified_gmt":"2022-10-31T17:30:18","slug":"riesgos-de-imponer-dietas-vegetarianas-o-veganas-a-los-ninos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/riesgos-de-imponer-dietas-vegetarianas-o-veganas-a-los-ninos\/?lang=es","title":{"rendered":"Riesgos de imponer dietas vegetarianas o veganas a los ni\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Tiempo de lectura:<\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 3<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutos<\/span><\/span>\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Las dietas vegetarianas y veganas, est\u00e1n alcanzando un mayor protagonismo en la alimentaci\u00f3n de nuestra poblaci\u00f3n, incluyendo la poblaci\u00f3n infantil, y constituyen una opci\u00f3n alimentaria v\u00e1lida si est\u00e1n bien planificadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Ya sean veganos y vegetarianos diferencias entre creencias, y la variaci\u00f3n de productos en la dieta es importante, ya que, al no consumir ning\u00fan producto de origen animal, como en el caso de los veganos, los estamos privando de vitaminas importantes, como la vitamina B12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Por otro lado, una dieta vegetariana bien combinada puede aportar toda la energ\u00eda y los nutrientes necesarios para lograr un adecuado desarrollo y crecimiento, pero hay que adaptarlas a cada caso individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Cuando una dieta vegetariana o vegana, est\u00e1 bien planificada, no se producen problemas con el crecimiento y desarrollo de los ni\u00f1os que la siguen, incluso siendo veganos, aunque estos ni\u00f1os suelen ser m\u00e1s delgados que los ni\u00f1os omn\u00edvoros5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Los mayores riesgos nutricionales asociados a ingesta inadecuada de nutrientes ocurren durante el periodo de crecimiento. Cuanto m\u00e1s restrictiva sea la dieta vegetariana o vegana, m\u00e1s riesgo conlleva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Hay que prestar especial atenci\u00f3n a la ingesta de prote\u00ednas, al aporte cal\u00f3rico total y a micronutrientes como el hierro, zinc, calcio, vitamina D, vitamina B12, \u00e1cidos grasos de cadena larga omega-3 y fibra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Considerando, que la vitamina B12, solo est\u00e1 presente en productos de origen animal, se debe verificar vitamina b12 beneficios y contraindicaciones, antes de suplementarla, en especial si es vitamina b12 inyectable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En general, la dieta vegetariana es una dieta m\u00e1s sana, puesto que los vegetarianos consumen menos grasas y m\u00e1s hidratos de carbono complejos, fibra y antioxidantes como vitamina A, C y carotenoides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Los ni\u00f1os tienen unas necesidades diferentes a los adultos.
