El entrenador Miguel \u00c1ngel Peinado, que en Instagram atesora una legi\u00f3n que supera los 70.000 seguidores, explica c\u00f3mo alcanzar nuestro objetivo y correr 5 kil\u00f3metros sin parar, requiere de tiempo, constancia y, sobre todo, paciencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Si hemos decidido que esta vez s\u00ed vamos a lograr salir a correr sin abandonar en el intento, el experto aconseja: \u00abLo ideal es empezar 3 d\u00edas a la semana y siempre dejando 48h de descanso para recuperar bien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El ritmo tiene que ser suave al principio para poder disfrutar de la actividad, a una intensidad del 60% aproximadamente y no m\u00e1s de 15-20 min para que el cuerpo lo aguante bien.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Lo principal es tener claro que cada corredor es diferente, de manera que lo ideal es contar con un plan de entrenamiento espec\u00edfico y personalizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Una carrera de larga duraci\u00f3n y que requiere un esfuerzo sostenido durante un per\u00edodo de tiempo prolongado, nos obliga, adem\u00e1s, a una preparaci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica adecuada para dotar a nuestra mente de la misma fortaleza que necesitan nuestras piernas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El conocimiento de otras materias como nutrici\u00f3n, equipamiento deportivo, etc. nos ayudar\u00e1 a conseguir el entrenamiento integral necesario para superar el reto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Consejos para correr una marat\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Prepara tu marat\u00f3n con tiempo<\/li><li>Practica un entrenamiento cruzado.<\/li><li>No entrenes los mismos kil\u00f3metros de tu prueba<\/li><li>Elige un outfit adecuado<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Una de las m\u00e1ximas de un entrenamiento, por contradictorio que parezca, es descansar. El descanso se conoce como el \u201centrenamiento invisible\u201d, ya que ayuda al cuerpo a recuperarse de los esfuerzos y asegura llegar en mejores condiciones al d\u00eda de la marat\u00f3n.
