Cambios avalados por diferentes estudios de la Universidad de Harvard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La pir\u00e1mide alimenticia y sus partes, han cambiado, y ahora, es diferente a la que hace d\u00e9cadas los ni\u00f1os estudiaban en su clase de ciencias. Primero, porque en la base no hay alimentos, sino h\u00e1bitos. Entre cuatro y seis vasos de agua al d\u00eda, <strong>60 minutos<\/strong> de actividad f\u00edsica, t\u00e9cnicas culinarias saludables o equilibrio emocional. Despu\u00e9s, los cereales y las legumbres tiernas como base de la alimentaci\u00f3n. Pero en este punto hay un cambio importante respecto a lo que ocurr\u00eda a\u00f1os antes. Y es que los expertos sit\u00faan solo cereales integrales o pan de grano entero. El cereal, lo m\u00e1s integral posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Otro cambio en relaci\u00f3n a la pir\u00e1mide es que las carnes rojas suben, es decir, debe reducirse su frecuencia, as\u00ed como los ultraprocesados, que est\u00e1n en la c\u00faspide. Diferentes son las blancas como pavo o conejo, que se sit\u00faan al lado de los l\u00e1cteos y el pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El objetivo de la pir\u00e1mide alimentaria es educar a la poblaci\u00f3n para que adquiera unos h\u00e1bitos saludables y, de esta forma, poder prevenir las enfermedades derivadas de la alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Modificaciones en la pir\u00e1mide alimentaria<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Dar preferencia a los alimentos integrales\u00a0frente a los refinados ya que los primeros ayudan a controlar los niveles de glucemia, previniendo la aparici\u00f3n de la diabetes tipo II.<\/li><li>Incentivar el consumo de prote\u00ednas vegetales\u00a0frente a las animales ya que \u00e9stas \u00faltimas contienen grasas saturadas, colesterol y, a su vez, son pobres en fibra. Se pueden utilizar las legumbres como fuente de prote\u00edna diaria, aportando a su vez una excelente cantidad de vitaminas, minerales y fibra.<\/li><li>Dar a conocer otros alimentos ricos en calcio\u00a0aparte de los l\u00e1cteos ya que estos contienen grasas saturadas, colesterol y son pobres en fibra (al ser derivados animales). La universidad de Harvard, en lo que ser\u00eda el equivalente a la pir\u00e1mide alimenticia, <strong>Healthy Eating Plate<\/strong>, cita: \u201cEl calcio es importante, pero la leche no es la \u00fanica fuente ni posiblemente la mejor\u201d. Las bebidas vegetales con calcio, el tahini integral, el tofu, las semillas de amapola, para disfrutar m\u00e1s de los beneficios de las semillas de amapola, el br\u00f3coli, la coliflor, las jud\u00edas verdes, etc., tambi\u00e9n son unas excelentes fuentes de calcio.<\/li><li>Eliminar los alimentos superficiales, como la comida r\u00e1pida, los preparados instant\u00e1neos, la boller\u00eda y todo aquello que no aporte ning\u00fan valor nutricional o energ\u00e9tico.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La pir\u00e1mide alimenticia est\u00e1 indicada para cualquier persona sana o enferma. Esta indica cu\u00e1ntas raciones y de qu\u00e9 alimentos debe constar nuestra dieta, se\u00f1alando cu\u00e1les deben ser diarios, cu\u00e1les semanales y, de estos, cuantas veces a la semana se deben consumir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El ejercicio es una parte muy importante de mantener una vida saludable, aunque no ha de ser igual para todas las edades y para todas las personas. Debe ser adaptado a la edad y&nbsp;<strong>caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas de cada persona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">En t\u00e9rminos generales,&nbsp;<strong>la OMS<\/strong>&nbsp;recomienda que los ni\u00f1os realicen al menos una hora de ejercicio f\u00edsico vigoroso diario, ya sea mediante gimnasia, juegos, carreras o saltos, y realizar actividades f\u00edsicas al aire libre. Si el ejercicio se realiza durante m\u00e1s de una hora, se mejoran los beneficios para la salud del individuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Las personas mayores&nbsp;<strong>de 18 y hasta los 64 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, deber\u00e1n realizar al menos 150 minutos de actividad vigorosa a la semana. La actividad f\u00edsica deber\u00eda tener una duraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de diez minutos. Si se realizan hasta 300 minutos de ejercicio f\u00edsico, los resultados para la salud ser\u00e1n mejores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Los mayores de 65 a\u00f1os deben realizar 150 minutos semanales de<strong>\u00a0actividad f\u00edsica moderada<\/strong>, a realizar en sesiones de al menos 10 minutos. Estos adultos deben realizar ejercicio f\u00edsico que favorezca su equilibrio y mejore su actividad muscular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Recuerda, complementar tu dieta con suplementos alimenticios que potencien tu bienestar y tu salud.
