Aunque no est\u00e9s trabajando la actividad f\u00edsica sigue siendo necesaria para mantener tu metabolismo activo.<\/li><li>Disfruta y de vez en cuando salta tu dieta<\/li><li>Se recomienda\u00a0reducir los alimentos ricos en az\u00facar, como miel, fruta en alm\u00edbar, confitada, mermeladas, productos de pasteler\u00eda y boller\u00eda.
