Por eso, hay que extremar las precauciones a la hora de cocinar y conservar la comida, ya que todos estos cambios pueden afectar a nuestra salud digestiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Es recomendable, utilizar un laxante natural para ir al ba\u00f1o en 30 segundos, tales como: linaza, papaya, remolacha, uvas pasas entre otros, que te permitan salir de vacaciones mucho m\u00e1s ligero y sin preocupaciones en el camino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La <strong>gastroenteritis aguda<\/strong> es una infecci\u00f3n que compromete el tracto digestivo, producida por bacterias o virus que se adquieren a trav\u00e9s de alimentos en mal estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Una de las complicaciones m\u00e1s frecuentes de la gastroenteritis aguda es la deshidrataci\u00f3n. Dependiendo de la celeridad con la que se presenta la infecci\u00f3n, el paciente podr\u00eda requerir un tratamiento de emergencia a trav\u00e9s de sueros endovenosos para rehidratarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Cabe resaltar que esta afecci\u00f3n puede asociarse a los sintomas de gastroenteritis: a diarrea, n\u00e1useas, v\u00f3mitos, sensaci\u00f3n de disconformidad a nivel de la boca de est\u00f3mago, malestar general, sensaci\u00f3n de llenura, falta de apetito, fiebre y dolor abdominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Elige siempre los alimentos con mucha\u00a0fibra, que nos ayudar\u00e1n a un correcto funcionamiento de los \u00f3rganos del sistema digestivo. Incluir en tu dieta muchas\u00a0verduras y mucha fruta\u00a0ser\u00e1 lo mejor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Tomar\u00a0alimentos que sean probi\u00f3ticos\u00a0es otra de las claves para regenerar nuestra flora intestinal. Adem\u00e1s, alimentos como los\u00a0yogures o el k\u00e9fir\u00a0contiene bacterias con funciones muy positivas a este nivel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Es muy importante mantener en un estado \u00f3ptimo nuestra <strong>flora intestinal<\/strong>, de lo contrario podemos acabar teniendo problemas metab\u00f3licos, digestivos, estre\u00f1imiento o dolor abdominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consejos para evitar problemas digestivos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Hidratarse a conciencia<\/strong>,\u00a0especialmente si hace mucho calor.<\/li><li>Seguir una <strong>dieta saludable<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li><li>Comidas sencillas y ligeras.\u00a0<\/li><li>Moderar\u00a0el consumo de\u00a0<strong>carne roja<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Reducir\u00a0a consumo de los helados.<\/li><li>Evitar las <strong>bebidas azucaradas<\/strong>, refrescos con gas y alcohol.<\/li><li>Evitar los <strong>alimentos crudos<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Extremar la higiene.<\/li><li>Lavar las manos al manipular los alimentos\u00a0(antes de cocinar y de comer).<\/li><li>Correcta conservaci\u00f3n de los alimentos.<\/li><li>Incorpore alimentos ricos en vitaminas E (leche, yema, aceites de pescado, aceites vegetales de ma\u00edz, semillas de girasol, espinaca, br\u00f3coli, cereales y margarinas), C (c\u00edtricos, fresas, kiwi, pimientos, coles, r\u00e1bano, batata, perejil, h\u00edgado y ri\u00f1\u00f3n) y A (zanahoria, tomate, frutillas, carne y leche), ya que tienen efectos antioxidantes y antiinflamatorios.
