Seg\u00fan la\u00a0<strong>OMS<\/strong>, el indicador que diagnostica el kilaje correcto oscila entre 18,5 y 24,9. Por debajo de ese n\u00famero ya hay inconvenientes con la delgadez, y por encima ya se habla de sobrepeso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se calcula el IMC?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El c\u00e1lculo del IMC se realiza desde el peso de cada persona dividido por la altura al cuadrado. A partir de ese c\u00e1lculo se puede estimar la cantidad de grasa corporal que tiene una persona, y determinar por tanto si el peso est\u00e1 dentro del rango normal, o, por el contrario, se tiene sobrepeso o delgadez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Para calcular indice de masa corporal.
