Las herramientas que la c\u00e9lula utiliza para ello son unas peque\u00f1as ves\u00edculas microsc\u00f3picas llamadas autofagosomas que van&nbsp;&#8222;engullendo&#8220; esas partes da\u00f1adas y regenerando la c\u00e9lula&nbsp;para que est\u00e9 en \u00f3ptimas condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">&nbsp;El papel de la autofagia es m\u00faltiple. Existe un nivel basal de autofagia que act\u00faa como mecanismo de&nbsp;control de calidad&nbsp;en la c\u00e9lula eliminando aquello que resulte defectuoso; es un mecanismo de ajuste del metabolismo celular al estatus nutricional de la c\u00e9lula. As\u00ed, participa en procesos naturales como en el <strong>metabolismo energ\u00e9tico<\/strong>, reciclado de org\u00e1nulos, regulaci\u00f3n del crecimiento, inicio del desarrollo embrionario, envejecimiento, etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Mantener unos niveles adecuados de&nbsp;<strong>autofagia en el organismo pueda ser la clave para gozar de una vida larga y saludable.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">La&nbsp;inducci\u00f3n de la autofagia&nbsp;puede obtenerse f\u00e1cilmente mediante la reducci\u00f3n de la ingesta cal\u00f3rica y el ejercicio. Es por eso que en lo relativo a la alimentaci\u00f3n, el&nbsp;ayuno intermitente y las&nbsp;dietas cetog\u00e9nicas&nbsp;parecen potenciar el proceso regener\u00e1tivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el ayuno intermitente?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">El objetivo de este tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n es&nbsp;<strong>reducir los niveles de insulina, ya que eso facilita la quema de grasas<\/strong>&nbsp;y, al mismo tiempo, provoca un aumento de la hormona del crecimiento.
