Luego agrega aceite a una sart\u00e9n y cuando est\u00e9 caliente sofr\u00ede primero la cebolla, luego agrega el pimiento y despu\u00e9s el tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">2. Cuando tengas el sofrito de verduras listo, incorp\u00f3ralo a un caldo de verduras y deja cocer la preparaci\u00f3n a fuego medio durante 20 minutos m\u00e1s. Pasado el tiempo rectifica el punto de sal y apaga el fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">3. Procesa todo el caldo junto con las verduras en una batidora de vaso hasta tener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Luego vierte la preparaci\u00f3n nuevamente en la olla y calienta durante 5 minutos a fuego medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">4. Desmenuza el pollo o c\u00f3rtalo en trozos. Corta el aguacate por la mitad, qu\u00edtale el hueso y la piel y corta en dados peque\u00f1os. Cortar el primero en rodajas y luego en cuartos, y la segunda en tiras.<\/li><li>Cortar el queso en cubos peque\u00f1os.<\/li><li>Acomodar todas las verduras cortadas y los trozos de quesos en una ensaladera.
