Sorprendentemente tu mitocondria produce casi 50 kilogramos de ATP al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Una funci\u00f3n mitocondrial \u00f3ptima es la clave para un metabolismo adecuado, la mitocondria produce la mayor parte de esa energ\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de un proceso que involucra dos funciones biol\u00f3gicas esenciales para la vida: respirar y comer. Este proceso se llama <strong>fosforilaci\u00f3n oxidativa<\/strong>, y es responsable de producir la energ\u00eda en forma de ATP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color\">Cuando tu cuerpo comienza a saber digerir y utilizar tus grasas, tus mitocondrias y tus enzimas digestivas se pondr\u00e1n en marcha y funcionar\u00e1n de manera m\u00e1s eficiente. Los beneficios de cambiar a un metabolismo para quemar grasa son reales y sostenibles.&nbsp;<strong>A medida que tu cuerpo se convierte en un quemador de grasa, aumentar\u00e1 tu flexibilidad metab\u00f3lica<\/strong>.
