X tiene sobrepeso y quiere perder peso, pero no hace ejercicio y tiene un trabajo sedentario. Por lo tanto, el consumo de calor\u00edas de la Sra. Tambi\u00e9n, comer entre 2 y 5 raciones de frutas y verduras<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">&#8211; comer cereales en todas las comidas<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">&#8211; comer un m\u00e1ximo de 2 porciones de carne baja en grasa por semana<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">&#8211; comer productos l\u00e1cteos a diario, pues es importante mantener una dieta hiperproteica<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">&#8211; comer 1-2 cucharaditas de grasas insaturadas alimentos en forma de aceite, tales como los frutos secos o semillas<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">&#8211; comer alimentos grasos y ricos en az\u00facar con moderaci\u00f3n<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Omitir los alimentos grasos y azucarados, que en su mayor\u00eda est\u00e1n muy procesados, o consumirlos en cantidades muy peque\u00f1as, que es lo m\u00e1s sensato, seg\u00fan la apreciaci\u00f3n de la Sociedad Alemana de Nutrici\u00f3n y el SBU. Sin embargo, la recomendaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa diciendo que los hidratos de carbono deben consumirse en todas las comidas<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Los carbohidratos, y en especial los carbohidratos que engordan, sin el suficiente ejercicio, pueden conducir a la ganancia de grasa. Seg\u00fan los investigadores del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n de Salud de la Poblaci\u00f3n (PHRI) de la Universidad McMaster y Hamilton Health Sciences (2017; doi:\u00a010.1016\/S0140-6736(17)32252-3), pueden provocar un mayor riesgo de muerte.<\/mark>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">As\u00ed que 3 raciones de carbohidratos procedentes de los cereales es demasiado para la Sra. X de nuestro ejemplo. En su caso, ser\u00eda mejor comer m\u00e1s prote\u00ednas, verduras, frutas con poco az\u00facar y grasas saludables.
