Por eso, de la mano de nuestra co-fundadora, la Dra. Victoria Soell (Psic\u00f3loga, Doctora en Ciencias Biosociosanitarias y Monitora de Mindfulness certificada en el Escuela de Atenci\u00f3n Plena), abrimos los c\u00edrculos de pr\u00e1ctica de MBTB a partir de Enero, en el \u00faltimo Mi\u00e9rcoles de cada mes, v\u00eda zoom. Los encuentros ser\u00e1n gratis. Esta vez, presentamos esta actividad en un formato m\u00e1s asequible.
