Victoria Soell<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Lo que pudimos concluir, mi grupo y yo,\u00a0 despu\u00e9s de nuestro primer Curso de Introducci\u00f3n de Mindfulness basado en la Tradici\u00f3n Budista (MBTB) es que no se trata de meditar para la ansiedad, no es una relajaci\u00f3n guiada para dormir mejor o para rendir mejor en el trabajo, no. Entendimos juntos que el sentido de practicar Mindfulness, sobre todo desde la perspectiva del MBTB es entrenarnos para la vida misma. Es entrenar nuestra atenci\u00f3n; atenci\u00f3n a nuestro cuerpo respirando, a nuestras sensaciones, emociones y pensamientos. Ese entrenamiento que se da en la meditaci\u00f3n es el que llena la pr\u00e1ctica del Mindfulness de un significado, de un prop\u00f3sito. Y, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es ese prop\u00f3sito del Minduflness o de la atenci\u00f3n plena? M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la relajaci\u00f3n que produce, del espacio que facilita para desacelerarnos, es el <strong><em>Lyfestyle<\/em> <\/strong>que propone: de conciencia, de autonom\u00eda sobre nuestros contenidos mentales y convenciones sociales y culturales, de atenci\u00f3n a lo que la vida te presen-ta, de la capacidad de potenciar el disfrute de lo que acontece en nuestras vidas.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Cu\u00e1ntas cosas hemos aprendido durante nuestro primer curso. Pero el reto a\u00fan comienza. La pregunta es, \u00bfseremos capaces de manternernos firmes en en el entrenamiento y no dejarnos distraer de los afanes cotidianos, para vivir en la consciencia plena? Por que ya sabemos de sobra: nada bueno viene sin esfuerzo.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">La parte positiva es que conocemos la herramienta. Ahora viene el segundo paso que es la pr\u00e1ctica constante.
