No importa d\u00f3nde mires, meditaciones guiadas en youtube, blogs<em>, revistas, amigas, colegios y hasta la literatura cient\u00edfica<\/em>, hablan de Mindfulness. Por la misma raz\u00f3n de que hay tanto y lo ense\u00f1an <em>tantos,<\/em>\u00a0vale la pena ser cuidadosos y selectivos de c\u00f3mo nos iniciamos en esta pr\u00e1ctica. Hay consenso general de que la paella es un plato delicioso que gusta a muchos, pero sabemos tambi\u00e9n que <em>depende mucho de quien la prepara.<\/em><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Hay algo importante que aclarar, la Meditaci\u00f3n Mindfulness no es como algunos lo describen, la panacea &#8222;curalo todo&#8220;. Esto adem\u00e1s no es una terapia psicol\u00f3gica. Quien necesite ayuda deber\u00eda buscar a un psicoterapeuta. Esto es una herramienta para entrenar tu atenci\u00f3n, regular tu estr\u00e9s y seg\u00fan la perspectiva, una herramienta de transformaci\u00f3n personal. No en un sentido religioso, sino en el m\u00e1s estricto sentido de la palabra: tiene el potencial de transformar tu vida personal (y por ende <em>tu vida laboral, familiar, social..<\/em>).<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\"> \u00bfPero, a qu\u00e9 se debe tanta popularidad? \u00bfA las fotos de IG de meditaciones de la ma\u00f1ana en sitios incre\u00edbles?<\/mark> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfA qu\u00e9 se debe entonces? A que en muchos casos funciona. A que puedes entrenar tu atenci\u00f3n para &#8222;vivir\/trabajar&#8220; (seg\u00fan sea el objetivo que se busque) mejor sin que tu emocionalidad negativa, tus pensamientos recurrentes y tus problemas est\u00e9n constantemente dominando tu vida. A que promueve la aceptaci\u00f3n. A que entrenar la atenci\u00f3n tiene poder liberador, y por ende transformador, que resulta en mejoras en la salud al poco tiempo de pr\u00e1ctica. Por eso se aprecian muchos cambios positivos al poco tiempo como lo es la reducci\u00f3n visible del estr\u00e9s, mejora en el descanso y aumento de la flexibilidad psicol\u00f3gica y todas las implicaciones en la vida cotidiana<\/mark>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Soy una de aquellas personas que se dej\u00f3 tentar por el Mindfulness. Como muchas de las cosas extraordinaria que a veces nos suceden, no estaba buscando esta experiencia, pero la tom\u00e9 cuando se me present\u00f3. Llegu\u00e9 a la Escuela de Atenci\u00f3n Plena en Valencia de la mano de una experta y reconocida investigadora en Espa\u00f1a en el tema de Estr\u00e9s y Personalidad que me present\u00f3 la metodolog\u00eda para practicar Mindfulness MBTB\u00a0(<em>Mindfulness basado en la Tradici\u00f3n Budista<\/em>), que ahora proximamente estar\u00e9 compartiendo desde Clu.\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">En mi experiencia personal, el Mindfulness basado en el m\u00e9todo MBTB ha sido una experiencia que ha tenido un impacto muy positivo en mi vida personal, que no s\u00f3lo me ha dado perspectiva, sino <em>que me ha ayudado a mantenerla<\/em>. Ese ha sido mi gran descubrimiento personal en el MBTB.
