No importa lo que sea que hagas, puede ser tan sencillo como pasear el perro por las ma\u00f1anas. Si esta actividad logra que el incesante bombardeo de pensamientos cese y que tus preocupaciones queden aparcadas por un momento, te desestresa y\/o te devuelve una perspectiva renovada cuando la realizas, es una herramienta valiosa para reducir tu estr\u00e9s diario y deber\u00edas darle siempre un espacio en tu rutina.\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">O por el contrario, puede ser que aunque tengas muchas actividades y pasatiempos, ninguno te est\u00e9 ayudando realmente a desconectar y bajar tus niveles de estr\u00e9s, por lo que s\u00ed te sentar\u00eda bien buscar una herramienta que lo haga. Muchas veces el deporte logra ser no s\u00f3lo una herramienta para cuidar el cuerpo, sino tambi\u00e9n la mente.
