Por ende la capacidad de ser flexibles y no verlo todo o blanco o negro juega un rol crucial que promueve una autoestima estable y robusta. Poder integrar que somos &#8222;buenos&#8220; en esto y &#8222;no tan buenos\/malos&#8220; en aquello, y el ser flexibles en cuanto a poder cambiar esta opini\u00f3n, tienden a promover la salud mental y la resiliencia.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Puedes trabajar en tu Autoconcepto<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">El autoconcepto se ha formado no s\u00f3lo de lo que se ha aprendido durante la ni\u00f1ez, sino que se sigue construyendo con las propias experiencias y decisiones. Cuanto m\u00e1s r\u00edgido, m\u00e1s tengo que dejar afuera de este concepto, informaci\u00f3n valiosa que me define. Es como contruir un mapa lo m\u00e1s acertado posible para entender la ruta y el camino a seguir. Entre m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n precisa incluyo, de m\u00e1s ayuda me ser\u00e1. Aprender a escucharme y a reflexionar de manera regular sobre mis acciones, sentimientos y emociones nos ayuda a conocernos. Este proceso de reconocernos implica un proceso de definirnos y redefinirnos. Sin miedo, con valent\u00eda. No tienes porqu\u00e9 ser la misma persona con los mismos valores de hace a\u00f1os (o quiz\u00e1 crees que hay actitudes que retomar y con las cuales continuar).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Por ejemplo, \u201cSiempre he cre\u00eddo que soy una persona fuerte que puede con todo, pero tras pasarla muy mal en el trabajo en los \u00faltimos meses no me reconozo cuando llego a casa llorando y sinti\u00e9ndome vulnerable\u201d. Incorpora la idea de \u201cSoy una persona fuerte que tiende a ver las dificultades como un reto, pero en algunas situaciones tambi\u00e9n soy bastante vulnerable, de hecho muy vulnerable \u201d. Y me permito serlo sin m\u00e1s. Ese <em>permitirse<\/em> ser, es el fruto de la integraci\u00f3n y el equilibrio.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Recuerda que tu Autoconcepto interacciona con<em>&nbsp;tus<\/em>&nbsp;conceptos <em>acerca del mundo<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">De la misma manera que nos hacemos a la idea de c\u00f3mo somos, nos hacemos a la idea de c\u00f3mo es el mundo, y <em>c\u00f3mo deber\u00eda ser.<\/em>&nbsp;Debido a que somos personas en relaci\u00f3n con ese mundo, nos relacionamos constantemente y nos afectan las ideas, creencias, opiniones y juicios que nos vamos haciendo de las cosas. As\u00ed que por ejemplo, si me considero una mujer atractiva, y la idea que tengo acerca de la Atractividad est\u00e1 relacionada con la delgadez, en el caso de que ganase varios kilos, tengo tres opciones: o pierdo peso para sentirme a gusto y atractiva, o dejo de verme como una mujer atractiva (actualizo mi autoconcepto) o actualizo mi concepto de atractividad (comprendiendo la realidad de que la atractividad es mucho m\u00e1s que ser delgada, implica muchos otros atributos, etc.). \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la opci\u00f3n correcta? T\u00fa decides.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">De esta manera movimientos como el&nbsp;<em>Body Positivity<\/em>&nbsp;(un movimiento que llama a gustar del propio cuerpo) o<em>&nbsp; Body Neutrality (un movimiento que llama m\u00e1s bien a sentirse c\u00f3modos con el cuerpo que se tiene, desde un perspectiva m\u00e1s neutra)&nbsp;<\/em>son intentos o llamados de una sociedad que quiere o m\u00e1s bien necesita reorganizar conceptos de Belleza, de Moda, de sentirse bien o simplemente de aceptaci\u00f3n con el no senitrse siempre bien. As\u00ed como prestarle atenci\u00f3n y revisar nuestro autoconcepto es importante, vemos que prestarle atenci\u00f3n a las <em>historias<\/em> y a las opiniones que nos hacemos del mundo exterior tambi\u00e9n es importante para nuestro bienestar interior y para encontrar y mantener el propio balance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">No olvides que en cuestiones de balance del cuerpo y de la mente, la ley del constante cambio tambi\u00e9n aplica para ser felices.
