No importa que no est\u00e9s practicando <em>meditaci\u00f3n Mindfulness<\/em> o cualquier otro tipo de meditaci\u00f3n de manera continuada, o inlcuso que nunca lo hayas hecho. Adem\u00e1s esta meditaci\u00f3n no tiene ninguna connotaci\u00f3n religiosa, aunque sus bases provienen de la tradici\u00f3n Budista. Por decirlo de alguna manera, esta <em>Meditaci\u00f3n Metta <\/em>es extra\u00edda de las ense\u00f1anzas budistas, y simplemente hace bien al coraz\u00f3n, promueve el equilibrio, la esperanza y la sensaci\u00f3n de armon\u00eda con nosotros y los dem\u00e1s.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Este audio puede ponerlo en pr\u00e1ctica tanto la persona que medita como la que no suele hacerlo. Es una experiencia enriquecedora que &#8222;<em>abre un nuevo circuito neuronal, abre un camino en nuestra mente y en nuestro coraz\u00f3n&#8220;,\u00a0<\/em>en palabras de Dokusho Villalba, fundador de la EAP. Si quieres m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n, puedes leer los art\u00edculos que hemos compartido en el Blog sobre mi experiencia con Mindfulness y la<em>\u00a0EAP<\/em>\u00a0y su metodolog\u00eda, el <em>Mindfulness Basado en la Tradici\u00f3n Budista<\/em> (MBTB). Y al final de este art\u00edculo encontrar\u00e1s no s\u00f3lo el audio sino el enlace a la EAP.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Esta meditaci\u00f3n guiada dura aproximadamente 30 minutos y puedes hacerla tumbada o sentada. Su objetivo no es la relajaci\u00f3n, sino que conectes con tus emociones y sentimientos m\u00e1s saludables y positivos en relaci\u00f3n a ti mismo y a los dem\u00e1s.
