Cuanto m\u00e1s cerca est\u00e9 el grupo de alimentos de la base de la pir\u00e1mide, mayor deber\u00e1 ser la proporci\u00f3n en su dieta. Adem\u00e1s, existe la pir\u00e1mide alimentaria del BZfE (Centro Federal de Nutrici\u00f3n), hasta 2016 Pir\u00e1mide Alimentaria de la AID, que es una pir\u00e1mide alimenticia para ni\u00f1os especialmente. Como equivalente para los vegetarianos, se puede mencionar la Pir\u00e1mide Alimentaria Vegetariana de Giessen, que, sin embargo, se aplica oficialmente s\u00f3lo a los adultos sanos.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Pir\u00e1mide alimenticia de la DGE<\/span> <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Esta pir\u00e1mide se muestra en 3D y se basa en el c\u00edrculo de nutrici\u00f3n como base. En \u00e9l, los grupos de alimentos individuales seg\u00fan la recomendaci\u00f3n se muestran proporcionalmente en el diagrama circular, mientras que las bebidas se encuentran en el centro. En principio, las mujeres embarazadas, las madres lactantes y las mujeres mayores tambi\u00e9n pueden tomar como gu\u00eda las recomendaciones para los adultos sanos, ya que el desglose de las proporciones de los distintos grupos de alimentos sigue siendo el mismo.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 no muestra una pir\u00e1mide alimentaria?<\/span> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">La pir\u00e1mide no ofrece ninguna informaci\u00f3n sobre el n\u00famero de calor\u00edas ni recomendaciones sobre los distintos nutrientes. Para ello, puede utilizar los valores de referencia para la ingesta de nutrientes de las sociedades profesionales de Alemania, Austria y Suiza (D-A-CH).<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Las pir\u00e1mides nutricionales le ofrecen una orientaci\u00f3n pict\u00f3rica de qu\u00e9 grupos de alimentos debe tomar en qu\u00e9 proporci\u00f3n y al d\u00eda para mantenerse sano y en forma o llegar a estarlo. La mejor manera es consultar la p\u00e1gina web original de la DGE y la BZfE (hasta 2016 AID) en Alem\u00e1n o de la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Nutrici\u00f3n.
