Tomar distancia implica una habilidad metacognitiva, es decir un pensar sobre tu propio pensamiento, un autoevaluarse, un an\u00e1lisis donde el que sale ganando es el propio Yo. Tomar distancia implica reconocernos como mucho m\u00e1s que nuestros pensamientos, emocionalidad, aciertos, desaciertos y problemas.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Tomar distancia es saber que t\u00fa eres m\u00e1s que la situaci\u00f3n que estas viviendo. Es observar tus problemas, pensamientos, miedos y emociones como quien se sienta a la orilla de un rio y observa c\u00f3mo el agua va pasando en frente. Echar mano de esta <em>toma de perspectiva<\/em>\u00a0cuando nos encontramos en situaciones dif\u00edciles, hace mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil sobrellevar el malestar psicol\u00f3gico que muchas situaciones despiertan. No se trata de no sentir el malestar. Esto se trata m\u00e1s de darse un respiro y una <em>pausa\u00a0<\/em>de la situaci\u00f3n para no verse 100% afectado (o derrotado por ella).\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Unos tips para tomar distancia:<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">1. Contemplar con perspectiva que todo pasa y cambia.<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">De la misma manera contemplar el car\u00e1cter finito de la vida hace que muchos problemas pierdan peso y nos ayuda a distanciarnos del malestar que produce cierta situaci\u00f3n.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">2. Identifica cuando la rumiaci\u00f3n aparece<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Vu\u00e9lvete un experto en identificar cuando la rumiaci\u00f3n ha tomado protagonismo, para que as\u00ed puedas frenarla con m\u00e1s exito. Rumiar es pensar una y otra vez en alg\u00fan problema, con una carga emocional negativa bastante alta (no se trata de una reflexi\u00f3n constructiva y consciente donde el objetivo es analizar y aprender, sino se trata de un pensar repetitivo en algo que nos conduce s\u00f3lo al malestar). Es de hecho lo contrario a tomar distancia. La mejor manera de contrarrestar la rumiaci\u00f3n es dirigir la atenci\u00f3n conscientemente a lo que estamos haciendo en el momento (trabajo, hobby, tareas dom\u00e9sticas, lo que sea). Recuerda detectarla cuando empieza.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">3. Meditaci\u00f3n para principiantes: an\u00edmate que esta herramienta tambi\u00e9n puede ser para ti<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">La meditaci\u00f3n es una excelente herramienta para ayudarte a tomar distancia del estr\u00e9s, preocupaciones, o del malestar. No importa si es meditaci\u00f3n trascendental o de cualquier tipo. La importancia radica en el entrenamiento de la atenci\u00f3n. Entrenar la atenci\u00f3n en el momento presente, es decir en la tarea\/situaci\u00f3n que tienes enfrente le da menos espacio a la rumiaci\u00f3n.
