No es de extra\u00f1arse que se encuentren en la literatura muchas maneras de definirla, conceptualizarla, explicarla y medirla. Y en realidad s\u00ed obedece a un constructo psicol\u00f3gico complejo que implica muchas funciones dif\u00edciles de simplificar. Pero la realidad es que lo que nos interesa en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda no es comprender el concepto en s\u00ed, si no simplemente fomentar su pr\u00e1ctica en nuestra vida diaria.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 me sirve a mi entrenar mi habilidad metacognitiva?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">B\u00e1sicamente para TODO. La resoluci\u00f3n de cualquier problema con \u00e9xito en cualquier \u00e1mbito (social, laboral o personal) se da b\u00e1sicamente o por azar, o porque hemos empleado correctamente nuestra habilidad metacognitiva. La diferencia entre tener buenas habildades metacognitivas\u00a0 y malas, es la diferencia entre navegar un barco con un GPS actualizado frente a navegar el barco con un GPS antiguo.\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">B\u00e1sicamente la Metacognici\u00f3n es la capacidad de monitorear, guiar, dirigir y controlar nuestro propio proceso de aprendizaje y de solucionar problemas. \u00bfSuena muy cient\u00edfico? Simplemente es la capacidad de planear, evaluar durante y reflexionar despu\u00e9s, sobre algo que hacemos. La metacognici\u00f3n es pensar sobre el pensar dicho de otra manera; es esa funci\u00f3n que nos permite prepararnos para hacer bien algo, darnos cuenta durante el proceso si <em>la cosa va bien<\/em>, y finalmente interpretar c\u00f3mo nos fue para seguir as\u00ed o cambiar nuestras acciones en el futuro. Es el capit\u00e1n de un barco que planea, dirige y toma decisiones de c\u00f3mo navegar, y hacia a d\u00f3nde. Son una de esas habilidades intrapersonales que aprendemos desde la ni\u00f1ez pero que podemos seguir desarrollando a\u00fan en la edad adulta.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">C\u00f3mo la habilidad metacognitiva me puede volver una persona m\u00e1s asertiva<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfQue si la metacognici\u00f3n nos sirve para tener m\u00e1s exito en nuestros proyectos? S\u00ed \u00bfPuede volverme una persona m\u00e1s asertiva (es decir m\u00e1s inteligente socialmente hablando)? La respuesta es S\u00ed. Echar mano de nuestras habilidades metacognitivas nos ayudar\u00e1 a ser m\u00e1s efectivos en los proyectos que nos propongamos, m\u00e1s conscientes de nuestras acciones, y hasta de nuestras emociones, y lo m\u00e1s importante: nos promete a aprender a aprender. Fomentar la metacognici\u00f3n puede parecer estresante al principio pero promete un final feliz cuando se aplica en su justa medida (no se trata de obsesionarnos con una evaluaci\u00f3n constante, sino m\u00e1s bien de acostumbrarnos a fomentar esta herramienta sobre todo en las tareas o situaciones en las que m\u00e1s la necesitamos).<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Por ejemplo, si soy una persona torpe en mis relaciones con los dem\u00e1s y he identificado que a lo largo del tiempo no mejoran mis relaciones y que poner en pr\u00e1ctica nuevas actitudes <em>m\u00e1s asertivas, <\/em>que me han aconsejado, no basta, echar mano de la metacognici\u00f3n puede ser la clave. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste esto? En pensar y en analizar ANTES, DURANTE Y DESPU\u00c9S de la situaci\u00f3n problema para poder cambiar de actitudes. Por ejemplo, debo PLANEAR c\u00f3mo debo actuar en las t\u00edpicas reuniones sociales, CHEQUEAR mientras estoy en la reuni\u00f3n si las se\u00f1ales que puedo observar me indican <em>que la cosa va bien o no (las caras de las personas, \u00bfest\u00e1n bostezando aburridos? , etc.) <\/em>y si no es as\u00ed cambiar r\u00e1pidamente lo que estoy haciendo.
