Te presentamos nuestro plan de alimentaci\u00f3n, perfecto para bajar de peso.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Durante un periodo de r\u00e9gimen, normalmente reducimos la ingesta de calor\u00edas. Existen muchos planes para adelgazar en los que es necesario el c\u00e1lculo IMC, contar calor\u00edas y saber, por ejemplo, cu\u00e1ntas calor\u00edas tiene un pl\u00e1tano.
