Este t\u00e9rmino se ha vuelto muy popular, haciendo que todos, especialmente nosotras las mujeres, queramos empoderarnos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">La pregunta es, cuando no nos encontramos en nuestro mejor momento, o incluso cuando sufrimos psicol\u00f3gicamente (d<em>e ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, distimia o trastorno dist\u00edmico<\/em>, entre otros), \u00bfpodemos tambi\u00e9n empoderarnos, y <em>ser capaces de realizar<\/em> con \u00e9xito algo que nos propongamos?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Aunque sufras de <em>distimia<\/em>, puedes empoderarte<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">La respuesta es s\u00ed, a\u00fan pese al malestar psicol\u00f3gico podemos empoderarnos. Pero en estos momentos donde no estamos en equilibrio, el objetivo, <em>el foco<\/em>&nbsp;de nuestra atenci\u00f3n debe ser distinto. Lo que se debe perseguir no es tanto ser capaces de realizar <em>con \u00e9xito ese proyecto en el trabajo y que con ello nuestro jefe nos felicite<\/em>. No, el objetivo es m\u00e1s sencillo y preliminar: lograr levantarnos de la cama, tomar distancia de nuestro malestar y cumplir las obligaciones del d\u00eda, como por ejemplo, <em>ir al trabajo<\/em>. Si logramos <em>empoderarnos<\/em> para lograr eso, cumplir con los peque\u00f1os y grandes retos que nos impone nuestro d\u00eda y no dejar que nuestro malestar nos lo impida, hemos logrado quiz\u00e1 empoderarnos de la manera m\u00e1s profunda y dif\u00edcil. Cuando uno decide seguir el camino hacia el empoderamiento (o hacia la&nbsp;<em>empoderaci\u00f3n<\/em>) es totalmente v\u00e1lido que uno se pueda deprimir, que uno se sienta mal uno o varios d\u00edas. Pero empoderarse implica tener el <em>poder <\/em>de continuar con nuestras vidas pese al sufrimiento. Empoderarse en medio del sufrimiento psicol\u00f3gico es ser constante en la b\u00fasqueda de ayuda, herramientas, y oportunidades para seguir adelante con nuestros objetivos, sue\u00f1os y proyectos. Recuerda que en la mayor\u00eda de los casos no se trata de liberarse de una vez por todas del sufrimiento, sin muchas veces implica la <em>aceptaci\u00f3n<\/em> del mismo para vivir una vida plena pese a \u00e9l.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\"><em>Autoeficacia<\/em> o la importancia de creer que podemos lograr nuestro objetivo con \u00e9xito<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clu-you.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/March_D_II-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Die Kraft sich selbst zu st\u00e4rken; El poder de fortalecerse\" class=\"wp-image-1529\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Cuando pienso en el empoderamiento, pienso en un constructo psicol\u00f3gico muy interesante: el de autoeficacia&nbsp;o la percepci\u00f3n de creer que uno puede realizar con \u00e9xito una tarea espec\u00edfica. <em>Si yo estoy convencida de que puedo lograr algo<\/em>, este convencimiento puede jugar un papel muy importante en los resultados que se den.
