Hoy en d\u00eda hay numerosas dietas y tambi\u00e9n consejos de alimentaci\u00f3n, empezando por la alimentaci\u00f3n vegana, hasta la dieta para ganar masa muscular o la alimentaci\u00f3n cetog\u00e9nica, con un estricto r\u00e9gimen bajo en carbohidratos. Pero a mi personalmente no me gustan las dietas. Hace a\u00f1os que he renunciado a la comida r\u00e1pida y las supuestas \u00abcomidas precocinadas saludables\u00bb, aunque se hagan llamar saludables, pocas en realidad lo son. Tambi\u00e9n a los alimentos procesados, alimentos que contengan az\u00facar y bebidas con gas. As\u00ed consigues que los kilos vayan desapareciendo casi solos y las papilas gustativas se sensibilicen de forma natural.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Cuando hago la compra para mis men\u00fas semanales equilibrados, miro la letra peque\u00f1a. Los productos deben ser lo m\u00e1s naturales posible y no contener aceite de palma, lo cual no siempre es f\u00e1cil. Lo que menos\u00a0recomiendo es privarse de alg\u00fan placer. La vida puede y debe ser disfrutada. Por eso me encanta cocinar cosas que me apetezcan. Y a\u00a0veces simplemente me apetecen unas patatas fritas o alg\u00fan postre. Estas comidas ambi\u00e9n tienen cabida en mi menu sano semanal.\u00a0 Mi postre favorito es el pastel de chocolate sin gluten. Y, cuando tengo compa\u00f1\u00eda, me gusta disfrutar de una o dos copas de vino. Pero despu\u00e9s de un d\u00eda de excesos, recurro a una de las pocas dietas que no es para mi una dieta: la dieta de\u00a0ayuno intermitente y reduzco la ingesta de calor\u00edas, y procuro prepararme comidas que no engordan. Y en estos d\u00edas un<em>\u00a0Clu Lean Shake\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>siempre ayuda.\u00a0<em>Suelo mezclar el batido con otros ingredientes para que sea diferente cada vez, y que me sacie durante 3-5 horas.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Esta es mi receta favorita con Clu Lean Shake<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Remojar copos de avena, semillas ch\u00eda &amp; nueces durante la noche en leche vegetal y skyr o reques\u00f3n (por su gran contenido de prote\u00ednas). Despu\u00e9s de 16-20 horas en ayunas, mezclo el CluYou Shake con 4-6 trozos de pl\u00e1tanos o aguacates congelados. Esta potente combinaci\u00f3n del batido con la mezcla de avena es deliciosa y sacia durante (casi) todo el d\u00eda. Si luego tengo m\u00e1s hambre, tomo un poco de verdura asada al horno o salteada al wok.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Cuando me apetece algo dulce, preparo manzanas caramelizadas con m\u00e1x. dos cucharaditas de az\u00facar y vinagre de manzana. Las mezclo con skyr o reques\u00f3n y las sirvo con canela. Intenta que tus menus semanales equilibrados sean variados.
