Para la dieta del metabolismo acelerado, es importante renunciar a ciertos alimentos e incorporar otros a tu dieta o hacer un cambio de alimentaci\u00f3n. Deber\u00edas abstenerte de trigo, az\u00facar y alcohol. Seguro que eso ya lo sabes. As\u00ed que te contaremos un poco m\u00e1s sobre el tema de la comida durante una dieta, de especial inter\u00e9s para las mujeres.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Alimentaci\u00f3n basal integral<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Recomendamos una alimentaci\u00f3n basal integral. La dieta basal comprende los macronutrientes carbohidratos, prote\u00ednas y grasas monoinsaturadas, y los micronutrientes como vitaminas, minerales y fibra.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Una alimentaci\u00f3n basal integral contiene muchos alimentos ricos en fibra, como por ejemplo frutos secos, lentejas, alubias, verduras y hierbas. La fibra es lo que nos sacia. Durante un r\u00e9gimen, la saciedad es un factor importante. Ayuda a aguantar la dieta y a no sentirnos irritadas en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Estar\u00e1s de buen humor, no tendr\u00e1s hambre y podr\u00e1s adelgazar de forma saludable. Por eso nunca hay que restarle importancia a la fibra. Lo ideal ser\u00eda que la incorporaras en todas tus comidas.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Toma nota de las siguientes recomendaciones: <em>comidas que no engordan<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Cruc\u00edferas (coles)<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Las verduras cruc\u00edferas contienen mucha fibra, que ayuda a la digesti\u00f3n y aumenta la sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad. Diversos estudios han demostrado que una mayor ingesta de fibra frena la subida de peso e incluso puede ayudar a adelgazar. Algunas verduras cruc\u00edferas son: br\u00f3coli, kale, r\u00e1bano, pak cho, colinabo y brotes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Brotes germinados &#8211; bombas de vitaminas<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Los brotes germinados son una novedad para muchos, pero esas peque\u00f1as semillas son verdaderas bombas de vitaminas. Durante la germinaci\u00f3n se crean nutrientes y encimas. Sobre todo, son ricos en vitamina C, vitamina B1 y B2, niacina y vitamina W. Adem\u00e1s, los brotes contienen los minerales calcio, f\u00f3sforo, magnesio, hierro y cinc. Puedes comprar germinados en cualquier mercado ecol\u00f3gico, listos para comer o como semillas para cultivar en casa. Los puedes comer con reques\u00f3n en un pan de prote\u00edna o mezclarlos en un smoothie casero.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Pomelo<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">El pomelo es una muy buena opci\u00f3n en una dieta, lejos de pertenecer al grupo de frutas que engordan, azudan a la p\u00e9rdida de peso. El pomelo contiene mucha vitamina A, B1, B2 y B6, potasio, calcio, magnesio y, lo m\u00e1s importante para nosotras: la sustancia amarga naringina, que ayuda a mantener nuestro nivel de glucemia estable. Con un nivel de glucemia estable, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil perder peso<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\"><strong>Consejo adicional:<\/strong> Planifica comidas variadas que no engorden. Intenta comer al menos 3 tipos diferentes de verdura cada d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">El famoso ayuno intermitente<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfY si pudi\u00e9ramos acelerar la p\u00e9rdida de peso con un l\u00edmite temporal?
