No es sorprendente que la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) consider\u00f3 la promoci\u00f3n de la resiliencia como uno de los temas de mayor importancia para la salud mental en el 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la resiliencia?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">En pocas palabras, la resiliencia es la capacidad de adaptarse y afrontar situaciones dif\u00edciles manteniendo cierto equilibrio mental. Es esa capacidad de sobreponernos a las adversidades de cualquier \u00edndole: social, personal, econ\u00f3mica, mental, etc. Es saber actuar ante el estres como combatirlo de manera efectiva para que no nos sobrepase, y salir adelante. La resiliencia es un razgo que quiz\u00e1 algunas personas han desarrollado en la infancia, pero tambi\u00e9n es una habilidad que podemos entrenar.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos entrenar la resiliencia?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Poner en pr\u00e1ctica estos 4 Tips seguro que te ayudar\u00e1:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">1. Entrena la atenci\u00f3n en el presente para reducir la rumiaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">En la medida en que ponemos nuestra atenci\u00f3n en el aqu\u00ed y en el ahora y dejamos menos espacio para la rumiaci\u00f3n (el repetir y revivir en la cabeza una y otra vez el malestar que nos produjo <em>aquella discusi\u00f3n<\/em>, o <em>lo que puede pasar ma\u00f1ana<\/em>), estaremos minimizando el efecto de los eventos estresantes en nuestras vidas. As\u00ed seremos m\u00e1s fuertes o <em>resilientes <\/em>contra los problemas a los que diariamente nos podemos enfrentar.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\"><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Asume que las situaciones estresantes y las adversidades son parte de la vida<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">S\u00ed, los problemas vienen y van. Y entender esto te prepara para las situaciones dif\u00edciles que puedan llegar. Pensar que la vida debe constar s\u00f3lo de momentos alegres y que es posible &#8222;ser feliz como en los cuentos de hadas&#8220;, s\u00f3lo har\u00e1 que la pases peor, porque tus expectativas son irreales. La vida consta de momentos buenos y malos. Y en el mejor de los casos, trata de quitarles ese aspecto &#8222;paralizante&#8220; a las situaciones d\u00edficiles, m\u00e1s bien prueba a verlas como un reto, como una oportunidad. M\u00e1s bien preg\u00fantate, qu\u00e9 debes aprender de esa situaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">4.&nbsp;Recuerda siempre: T\u00da conviertes la presi\u00f3n en estr\u00e9s. T\u00fa permites que las sitaciones sean<em> estresantes<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Cualquiera que sea la situaci\u00f3n, t\u00fa decides c\u00f3mo reaccionar ante ella, c\u00f3mo juzgarla, cu\u00e1nta atenci\u00f3n le prestas al problema revivi\u00e9ndolo una y otra vez en tu mente, c\u00faanta emoci\u00f3n negativa te permites desplegar ante ella y si eres capaz de dejar el malestar aparcado para seguir adelante con tu d\u00eda. Los sintomas del estres en tu vida diaria no son m\u00e1s que la prueba de que <em>t\u00fa<\/em> has convertido la presi\u00f3n en estr\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Mantentener el balance de tu mente es algo en lo que puedes trabajar.
