Tener dificultades para dormir de manera constante o no tener una buena calidad de sue\u00f1o, es uno de los factores m\u00e1s estresantes que existen y tiene efectos negativos en la salud f\u00edsica y sobre todo mental.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Combatir el insomnio: no s\u00f3lo se trata de estrategias para desestresarse<\/span> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Hay estrategias que pueden ayudar a contrarrestar los problemas del&nbsp;sue\u00f1o. Un estilo de vida saludable es muy importante (dieta balanceada, ejercicio, evitar el consumo de alcohol y fumar). Por otro lado, tener una rutina antes de ir a acostarse, donde cuidemos nuestro horario y nuestras actividades previas a ir a la cama tambi\u00e9n ayuda en gran medida. El uso de suplementos, en forma de t\u00e9s o bebidas, con efectos relajantes y calmantes pueden ayudar a establecer esta rutina y mejorar el descanso. Por ejemplo, las propiedades del tript\u00f3fano, o las propiedades del t\u00e9 verde bajo en cafe\u00edna han demostrado mejorar la calidad del&nbsp;sue\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Mindfulness: una herramienta prometedora contra los problemas del sue\u00f1o<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Hay un entrenamiento que ha recibido mucha atenci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, y cuyos beneficios en la reducci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s y en la salud han sido documentados en varios estudios: el Mindfulness o <em>Atenci\u00f3n Plena<\/em>. Los programas de entrenamiento basados en Mindfulness han demostrado su eficacia para reducir el insomnio y problemas del sue\u00f1o en varios estudios con diferentes personas y atrav\u00e9s de distintas edades (tales como mujeres, estudiantes, atletas, personas con problemas de salud, etc). Algunos estudios sugieren que la consciencia plena y la aceptaci\u00f3n pueden ser los mecanismos del Mindfulness, responsables de reducir el malestar psicol\u00f3gico y de mejorar la calidad del&nbsp;sue\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Mindfulness: m\u00e1s que una relajaci\u00f3n guiada para dormir<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">El Mindfulness consiste en desarollar y fomentar una actitud de atenci\u00f3n plena, sin juzgar las propias emociones y pensamientos, centr\u00e1ndonos en el presente. Pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo se traduce esto en la vida diaria? Primero, en una actitud de vida que se debe reflejar en todos los \u00e1mbitos de nuestra vida, y segundo, en la pr\u00e1ctica formal, que consiste en realizar meditaciones diarias, y ejercicios de consciencia plena que promuevan esta &#8222;filosof\u00eda&#8220; de vida. La meditacion guiada, practicada por la noche puede ayudar en muchos casos a conectar con el cuerpo y las propias sensaciones,emociones, o contenidos mentales, facilitando un mejor descanso. Sin embargo, se suele entender esta pr\u00e1ctica de manera aislada, como un ejercicio de relajacion guiada para dormir. Sin embargo, la pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness debe entenderse en un marco de entrenamiento y de pr\u00e1ctica constante&nbsp;de sus principios de consciencia plena, para lograr obtener todo el potencial de sus beneficios y efectos positivos. Tambi\u00e9n en la mejora del descanso.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">De esta manera, es importante comprender que la pr\u00e1ctica del Mindfulness es m\u00e1s que un <em>remedio casero para dormir<\/em>, m\u00e1s que una pr\u00e1ctica aislada de relajaci\u00f3n para la mente y el cuerpo. De hecho, la relajaci\u00f3n es uno de los efectos del Mindfulness, m\u00e1s no es su objetivo principal.
