El Mindfulness implica tambi\u00e9n la pr\u00e1ctica de una actitud en la vida diaria, es decir, conlleva tamb\u00eden una pr\u00e1ctica informal. Est\u00e1s dos pr\u00e1ctias: meditaci\u00f3n formal y en la vida cotidiana hacen que el Mindfulness implique un cambio en tu vida; en la forma c\u00f3mo percibes y como conectas con tu cuerpo, tu respiraci\u00f3n, tus sensaciones, tus pensamientos, tu emocionalidad y circunstancias.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">La pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness y sus ejercicios de meditaci\u00f3n para principiantes<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Practicar Mindfulness est\u00e1 siendo un viaje interesant\u00edsimo para mi, pero para aquellas personas que quieren iniciarse en esta pr\u00e1ctica, les aclaro que es un proceso que requiere:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">m\u00e1s que un conocimiento intelectual, unas ganas de &#8222;vivir&#8220; la experiencia<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">que te comprometas con constancia en la pr\u00e1ctica en tu vida diaria<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">que dispongas de alg\u00fan tiempo para dedicarle a la pr\u00e1ctica formal (por ej. para hacer una meditaci\u00f3n gu\u00edada corta por la ma\u00f1ana y otra por la noche ) e informal (&#8222;vivir&#8220; los conceptos de Mindfulness en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda)<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">un curso confiable de Mindfulness y meditaci\u00f3n para principantes&nbsp;<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Aprendiendo a meditar con un curso confiable de Mindfulness<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Existen muchos cursos online, y es toda una tarea encontrar un curso y una escuela con una metodolog\u00eda y estructura confiable. Por ello, quiero compartir la informaci\u00f3n de la escuela y del curso que estoy realizando. El nombre de la escuela es Escuela de Atenci\u00f3n Plena. Este curso tiene una metodolog\u00eda de Mindfulness basada en la tradici\u00f3n Budisa (MBTB <em>Mindfulness basado en la Tradici\u00f3n Budista)<\/em>. No es de car\u00e1cter religioso aunque se base en las ense\u00f1anzas budistas. La escuela me ha parecido confiable, con una excelente organizaci\u00f3n y estructura, y me la ha recomendado una profesora universitaria, doctora en psic\u00f3log\u00eda y experta en el estudio del estr\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Personalmente me ha parecido que en estos cursos se han explicado los principios te\u00f3ricos de manera muy clara e interesante. De la misma manera, han sido elaboradas las explicaciones de meditacion para principiantes.
