Y la mayor\u00eda de las personas nos hemos comprometido con este estilo de vida a costa de nuestra propia salud y equilibrio. Es como estar castigados a no detenernos, para lograr alcanzar la felicidad de cada momento.&nbsp;<em>Y que no se nos escape nada, y que no nos vayamos a perder de nada<\/em>&nbsp;(ya sea en el \u00e1mbito laboral, social, \u00f3 familiar). M\u00faltiples actividades, m\u00faltiples obligaciones, m\u00faltiples cosas que hacer y que disfrutar.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">La meditaci\u00f3n es b\u00e1sicamente una herramienta que te puede ayudar a poner el freno. La meditaci\u00f3n es una pr\u00e1ctica que regula el cuerpo y la mente activando la atenci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Mindfulness<\/strong>?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Mindfulness&nbsp;es un estado de atenci\u00f3n abierta a la totalidad de nuestra experiencia ,&nbsp;en la cual se pone en pr\u00e1ctica la atenci\u00f3n en el momento presente, con una actitud de aceptaci\u00f3n, apertura a la experiencia y sobre todo sin juzgar. En ese sentido, el concepto de Mindfulness se utiliza m\u00e1s que para designar una pr\u00e1ctica de meditacion guiada corta, una&nbsp;<em>actitud&nbsp;<\/em>de consciencia plena que proviene de prestar atenci\u00f3n al momento presente sin juzgar las propias sensaciones, emociones o pensamientos.&nbsp;Muchas veces se denomina &#8222;meditaci\u00f3n mindful&#8220; o &#8222;meditaci\u00f3n tipo Mindfulness&#8220; a las meditaciones que se practican en el marco de esta experiencia o actitud de atenci\u00f3n plena. La meditaci\u00f3n es una pr\u00e1ctica necesaria para alcanzar esta experiencia.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">El Mindfulness o la atenci\u00f3n plena&nbsp;m\u00e1s que una experiencia intelectual, es una&nbsp; experiencia de car\u00e1cter vivencial, que se debe entrenar; y que no es de car\u00e1cter religioso aunque deriva principalmente de las ense\u00f1anzas budistas.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los beneficios de practicar Mindfulness o MBSR?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">El Mindfulness ha demostrado m\u00faltiples beneficios no s\u00f3lo a nivel psicol\u00f3gico sino fisiol\u00f3gico, que han recibido creciente apoyo cient\u00edfico en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Por esta raz\u00f3n, se han desarrollado varios programas e intervenciones en el \u00e1mbito de la salud basados en el Mindfulness. El primer programa de reducci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s basado en el Mindfulness (MBSR;&nbsp;<em>Mindfulness-based stress reduction<\/em>) se desarroll\u00f3 en 1977 a partir de la integraci\u00f3n de ense\u00f1anzas budistas (meditaci\u00f3n vipassana), otras pr\u00e1cticas contemplativas (como el Zen y el yoga) y teor\u00edas psicol\u00f3gicas de estr\u00e9s y afrontamiento para el cuidado de la salud. Desde entonces, han surgido varios programas e intervenciones basados en la pr\u00e1ctica o conceptos del Mindfulness para promover el bienestar y reducir el malestar psicol\u00f3gico y fisiol\u00f3gico, con resultados positivos en el fortalecimiento del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, reducci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s, depresi\u00f3n, dolores cr\u00f3nicos, trastornos de sue\u00f1o, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Mindfulness: mucho m\u00e1s que una&nbsp;<em>meditaci\u00f3n guiada corta<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">El Mindfulness es mucho m\u00e1s que una t\u00e9cnica de relajaci\u00f3n, aunque la relajaci\u00f3n sea muchas veces uno de los efectos de practicar Mindfulness.
